Sir, thanks for this detailed article. However, I am a little confused that the results you have mentioned are as per lagna
and not moon sign/rashi. I am genuinely confused and not merely doubting..
I have gone through many other blogs and find that similar results have been given for respective signs (Leo, Virgo, Libra
etc) by each astrologer but the difference is only in whether the bhava has to be counted from lagna or from rashi. Eg. I
am Kanya lagna and Tula rashi hence some suggest results of Rahu gochar 12th bhava and other suggest 11th bhava
(results of both of which are quite different btw!)
Please.my query is not just linked to what i should expect from this up coming Rahu transit, but in regard to planets
transit in general whether wrt lagna or rashi ?
I had once raised this query in some other forum and was told to consider results wef lagna, rashi, sun sign, navamsha
and ofcourse the current dashabhukti! ..Really.. while i understand that there are several different at work
simultaneously and to expect to get a general prediction by any one approach may be over simplification, but linking
prediction to 5 or 6 or more factors is like a caveat and no prediction can be wrong or right. Please suggest if there is any
priority in considering gochar results which will be felt strongest (to weakest) by transit planets position from lagna or
rashi or natal position / dasha lords position in transit ?

Well, different astrologers may have different opinions as such vedic astrology is a very wide ocean.
Therefore, it just depends upon the nature, comfort, style and knowledge of the individual if he would like to
use the Moon Chart or Lagna/natal chart for analyzing the transit. Although, irrespective of which chart (Moon
or Natal) is being utilized, the readings may only be of general nature until and unless his specific horoscope
is also analyzed accordingly. And, I have also specifically mentioned this aspect at the ending para of above
article.
The specific impact of transit for specific consideration can only be determined when the whole horoscope
(including Basic/natal charts, operational period/Dasa etc.) is taken into consideration along with the transit
(as you have already been informed by other learned astrologers in some other forum).
