Work directly under the Microsoft FTE of the Marketing Automation Cloud (Martech)
Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings
Book travel/lodgingdomestic and abroad
Submit and edit purchase orders and approve expenses of the entire Martech team
Create, edit and deactivate all external staff positions
Plan events such as fashion shows, personal appearances by designers/bloggers/celebrities, VIP parties, etc.

Put together toolkits to be sent to other departments within Nordstrom to thoroughly outline upcoming event details
Research trends and marketing tactics to attract customers to Nordstrom events
Set up wedding reception and ceremony to match bride and grooms requests.
Guide and assist florists, bakers, guests, wedding party, etc. to ensure a flawless wedding.
Communicate with all major and minor players to eliminate any and all confusion or misunderstandings
Open and close store with the responsibility of setting up, locking up, cleaning, etc.
Greet customers and assist them if requested
Advise customers on purchases if requested
Organize shelves/tables/hangers in order for the merchandise to maintain an appealing appearance
