To inspire the PC Team and visitors and enliven the work space.
The mural should reflect and celebrate the PCs 25 years of service in Armenia;
The mural theme should reflect PC goal of Promoting world peace and friendship in Armenia;
The design/outline of the mural should not be very complicated. It should allow the non-professional
painters (staff members, guests) to participate in painting or coloring it.
Location:
The mural will be painted on an outdoor wall. The wall measures 30m. wide and 2.60m. high. The wall
contains 6 windows and 2 doors.
Artists Submission
Interested artists will be required to submit the following documents till September 1st, 2016 via email or present the required documentation to Peace Corps office:
Quote for the entire project, including your contact information (name/organization/phone numbers, etc)
and a detailed budget, which should include all the costs related with the project;
Conditions of Submission
Quotes should be submitted by email to Hermine Ghazaryan at the following email address:
hghazaryan@peacecorps.gov or can be dropped off with the Security Guards in Peace Corps office located
at Charents str. 33 building, Yerevan, Armenia 0025;
Documentation submitted will become the property of the Peace Corps unless marked for return by the
artist/designer;
Selection Process
A shortlist of applicants that best meet the criteria set out in this document will be assessed by PC. If
required, shortlisted artists may be asked to develop their proposals further. The project will be part of a
celebration event tentatively scheduled for October 2016.
Acceptance Criteria
Design and cost will be the main evaluation factors in selecting the final vendor.
Peace Corps Payment Schedule and Terms
Peace Corps intends to offer a firm-fixed price contract for the service.
Supplier will receive payment in approximately 30 days after acceptance and receipt of valid/accurate
invoice.

Government organization, which has been established by President John F. Kennedy in 1961. The program has
been operating in Armenia since 1992. The global mission of PC is to promote world peace and friendship.

To help the people of interested countries in meeting their need for trained Volunteers
To help promote a better understanding of Americans on the part of the peoples served.
The current projects that the Peace Corps Volunteers are doing in Armenia are Teaching English as a Foreign
Language in schools and working with local nongovernmental organizations to develop Armenian youth.
