PROCEDURE FOR TRANSFERRING STAAD OUTPUT TO AN EXCEL SHEET

1. Go to Staad ANL file and choose the outputs that are to be

transferred
to an Excel Worksheet.

2. Copy the selected outputs from ANL file.

3. Paste the copied outputs in a blank Excel Worksheet. The outputs

will be seen as continuous text in each row, without any formatting.

4. In the Excel Worksheet, select the first column of the outputs, and
click Data in the top Menu bar and click Text to Columns.

5. Then Convert Text to Column Wizard will appear on the screen.

The width of each column can be adjusted to suit in the Convert
Text
to Column Wizard, as shown below. After adjusting the column width,
click Finish in the Convert Text to Column Wizard.

6. YOU WILL NOW SEE THE SELECTED ANL OUTPUTS IN EXCEL
