Know all men by these presents that I Benjamin Hoyt of Trumbull County State of Ohio in consideration
of the sum of two hundred dollars to me paid by Michael Pearsall Robert Parks and George P. Morse
of Troy county of Oakland and Territory of Michigan the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, do by
these presents give grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Michael Pearsall Robert Parks and
George P. Morse their heirs and assigns a certain parcel of Land situate in the Town of Troy formily [sic]
Bloomfield county of Oakland and Territory of Michigan in the District of Detroit bounded and describes as
follows viz being the west half of the Northwest Quarter of Section twenty Two in Township Two
North of Range Eleven East.

Together with all the privileges and appurtenances to the said Land in any wise appertaining and
belonging: To have and To hold the above granted premises to the said Michael Pearsall Robert Parks
and George P. Morse their heirs and assigns, to them and their use and behoof forever And I the said
Benjamin Hoyt for my heirs executors, and administrators do covenant with the said Michael Pearsall
Robert Parks and George P. Morse their heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized in fee of the
aforegranted premises, that they are free from all incumbrances; that I have good right to sell and convey
the same to the said Michael Pearsall Robert Parks and George P. Morse as aforesaid and that I will and
my heirs executors and administrators shall Warrant and Defend the same to the said Michael Pearsall
Robert Parks and George P. Morse their heirs and assigns forever against the lawful demands of all
persons.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this third day of March in the year of our
Lord one thousand and eight hundred and Twenty Nine.

County of Oakland } Be it remembered that on the third day March in the year of our Lord One
thousand Eight hundred & Twenty Nine before me the undersigned a Justice of the peace in and for the
county aforesaid the within named Benjamin Hoyt known to me to be the person described in and who
has executed the within deed and acknowledges that he signed sealed and delivered the within Deed for
the uses and purposes therein mentioned All of which I do accordingly certify according to the Statute in
such cases made and provided
