PER CURIAM:
Alvin E. Lowery, Jr., seeks to appeal the district
courts orders denying his Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(b) motion and his
subsequent motion for reconsideration, in which he sought to
challenge the denial of his 28 U.S.C. 2255 (2000) motion.
