My dear fellow Hindu citizens!
Are you a Hindu? If so, then have you ever really read the Vedas, the
Puranas and other religious books? You will most probably answer “No!”
to this question. The Hindu mentality is usually such that it accepts
anything without questioning its authenticity. The reason is that for
several centuries, the higher caste Brahmin has taught that the lower
caste Hindu has no right to question Hindu beliefs and mythology.
God
• The literal meaning of the word Veda is knowledge and refers to
the light that illuminates both from the heart and the mind
• The straight path (Siraatul Mustaqeem) that God initially showed
man to follow could have been called the Veda.
• Muslims have firm faith in the Qur'aan, which is the last
revealed divine scripture from God
• A fact that is most pertinent is that every nation believes that
God has sent guides to mankind at various stages in history to
guide man to the straight path
In the light of the above, it emerges that all people ought to have the
same beliefs because these have all been derived from the divine
scriptures.
We will now review an extremely important point, which is the phrase
in the Vedas that the Hindus refer to as the Mantra. This attests to the
Oneness of God and states, “God is one. There is no other. No other.
No other. No other at all.”

Now the Kalimah of the Muslims is: “Laa Ilaaha Illallaah” i.e. There is
none worthy of worship but Allaah.”

The fact that the two ‘Kalimahs’ are alike is in itself a proof of Allaah’s
Oneness. Take note of the following likenesses between the Qur'aan
and the Vedas:

Wherever you turn, you will find Allaah’s
presence there. Undoubtedly Allaah is All
Encompassing, All Knowing.

He knows what is before them (He knows
what lies ahead for His creation) and what is
behind them while they surround (possess)
none of His knowledge except if He wills
(except what He teaches them). His throne (His
knowledge and His power) includes the
heavens and the earth.

India.” In fact, the Arabs have always entertained a high regard for the
land of India and while much can be written on this subject, it cannot
be done in the interests of brevity.
The Oldest Religion
“We were the first to worship God.” (Rig Veda 1/1/1)
“O the One with perfect knowledge! O the Lord who illuminates
everything, guide us to every path that leads to success. O Giver of
happiness and master of everything! You have knowledge of
everything. Save us from going astray and from all sins. Only You do
we worship and only You do we praise.” (Yajur Vedas 40/16)
“The master of the world is but One.” (Rig Vedas 10/121/3)
“Hearken, O people! Muhammad ρ (Narashansah) will be highly praised
amongst his people.” (Yajur Vedas 20/127/1)
The above are all Mantras from the Vedas. If one ponders over them,
then does it not become evident that Hinduism as we see it today
conflicts with this? The Vedas really are filled with the teachings
propagated in the Qur'aan.
What is the Status of the Vedas in the Opinion of all Hindus?
Thousands of years ago, the Vedas had never been written, but
preserved in the memories of many Hindus. In this way, they
transmitted it from generation to generation. It was Maxmuller who
took great pains to hear them from the many scholars and then wrote
them down because they were very difficult to comprehend when not in
written form. Although there are four Vedas today, all Hindus are
unanimous that the original was one. Some Hindus are of the opinion

that the original Vedas had been lost, others say that the original is one
of the four and others state that the original had been divided into four
parts. While the Vedas was a scripture from Allaah, the Girint which the
Hindus refer to as Daamaa’in or Maha Bharat has been written by man.
In Short
A man whom the Hindus have great regard for is someone called
Mahanu. The word Mahanu is made from two words; Maha, meaning
great and Nu, meaning Nooh υ, the Nabi who is mentioned in the
Qur'aan as well. The story is that a tremendous flood enveloped the
world during his time and it was only him and six others who were
saved from the flood when Allaah instructed him to build an ark for
them to board. After the flood, it was the land of India that was first
occupied. This is explicitly mentioned in the Purans, Bhagwat Gita and
quoted in the book Hindu Manners, Customs and Ceremonies.
All of mankind were destroyed in the flood, apart from the seven people
on board the ark, one of whom was Mahanu, whom the Muslims refer
to as Hadhrat Nooh υ. He is mentioned 75 times in the Vedas.
I would now like to highlight an important point at the end. Most people
have a relationship with their forebears and prophets. Just as the
Muslims date their calendar from Rasulullaah ρ’s migration to Madinah
and the Christians date theirs from the ascension of Hadhrat Isa υ, the
Hindus date their important events from the flood of Hadhrat Nooh υ.
Purpose
Keeping all of the above in mind, it can be established that the Vedas is
a scripture from Allaah just as the Torah, Injeel and Zaboor were.
However, like these scriptures, the Vedas was altered by the Hindu
Pundits, who made it such that the Hinus masses never understood
their religion. The purpose of this article is to prompt all Hindus to
rediscover their true religion.
