4 The user manuals consists of number analysis document, AGCF document, Signaling Analysis document,
and BAM document.

Patches are developed accumulatively. Accumulative
development means that a patch fixes not only the latest issues
but also those fixed in earlier patches. For example,
SPH002 fixes both the latest issues and those fixed in SPH001.
SPH003 fixes both the latest issues and those fixed in SPH002.

SPH00x fixes both the latest issues and those fixed in the
previous patch.
