Maintenance Worker

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Electro-mechanical

Shift 1st
This position requires working OT as production needs and urgent situations

This position includes performing a variety of plant maintenance tasks including the following trades Mechanical,
electrical, electronic, and plumbing, pipe tting, HVAC, welding, waste water treatment, and boiler maintenance.
Perform diagnoses problems using troubleshooting techniques. Use Emergency Work Orders form to analyze root
cause of the failure and provide a short term and long term solution
Perform preventative maintenance on various equipment within allocated time.
Develop and execute new ideas to improve current as well as new equipment.
Learn and actively participate in Preventative Maintenance Pillar activities and Projects.
Create Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs) to support learning of the entire group.
Perform or assists in assembly and installation of new or used complex production machines, equipment, and systems.
Repair, installation, relocation, or modication of electro-mechanical equipment

Required Qualications
Candidate must be procient in electro-mechanical trade. Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualications
Associates degree in electro-mechanical or electrical or electronics trade.
Knowledge of following machines Lasers, Robotic/Mechanical/Hydraulic/Mechanical Presses, CNC Machining
Centers, Heat Treat, Paint Line, Weld Robots, Hoists, and Air/DC Torque Tools.
