1. Interview applicants for personal loans, consumer loans, student loans, business loans etc.

(which is within the authorized limit of the branch). This is done according to the policy and
regulations of the branch.

8. Providing sanction advice to clients; completing the loan sanctioning and documentation
formalities.
9. Maintain relationships with customers, help them expand their business. Also, advise clients on
how to implement any financial plans to help their growth and expansion.
10. Attract new clients and increase the client base of the bank
11. Communicating with non-performing clients/ defaulted borrowers (NPL) to aid in the recovery of
loans. And advise them on implementing different financial plans or purchase financial products
to increase their profitability and aid them repay their loans.
12. Open new accounts of different clients (both individual and corporate accounts). Provide support
through to ATM banking and online banking.

1. Processing Loan proposals sent from the branches. To place them in front of the Head Office
Credit Committee with recommendations for approval or rejections.
2. Providing sanction advices to the branches of their respective clients and stating the required
papers, financial information, documents that need to be collected from the clients before loan
sanctioning can be effective.
3. To pursue branches to increase recovery from clients. Especially from Non-performing clients or
defaulted borrowers.
4. To pursue the branches to lower Non-performing loans (NPL) of their branch.
5. Prepare statements of defaulted borrowers (branch-wise) on a monthly basis and see their
progress for recovery purpose. I.e. has their repayment increased, what else can be done to
recover the loans etc
6. To alert branches of possible clients who are close to being defaulted.
7. Monitor the branches to make sure they are collecting required papers from the clients to ensure
the legal requirements of the bank and loan documentation formalities are met.
8. Making yearly evaluations or review of clients that branch has requested for. To judge whether
enhancement can be provided to them or any modifications in their financial plan can be done. To
aid in the growth/expansion of the client.
9. Maintain relationship and communication with branches and to help them function smoothly.
