AGREEMENT No.

DWB-PIL-07/2016

This agreement is made this Friday, 12th day of August, 2016, by and between PAKOM
INVESTMENT LIMITED, hereinafter referred to as PARTY A, located at Section No:
300, Allotment No: 75, Data Street, Jawani Rd, Lae, Morobe Province, Papua New Guinea
and PT MITRA MARITIM NUSANTARA, hereinafter referred to as PARTY B, located
at, Jln. Semut Kali 12& 12a Surabaya, Indonesia.

Where-as:
(1) PARTY A (PAKOM INVESTMENT LTD) is a Registered Company (IPA) (Local PNG
Company) Trader and deals with the Wastes Management & Disposal and other Recycle
Wastes and bases in Lae, MP, PNG,
(2) PART B (PT. MITRA MARITIM NUSANTARA) is an Indonesian Registered Company
and is a business partner of PAKOM INVESTMENT LTD and bases Kali 12& 12a Surabaya,
Indonesia and sell to Indonesia and;
(3) The both parties (PARTY A) and (PARTY B) agreed to work in Partnership to extract
Scrap Metals from Ramu Nickel (MCC) Management Limited in Madang Province of
Papua New Guinea,

Now Therefore, in consideration of the representations made herein, the parties agreed as
follows:
1) PARTY B (PT Mitra Maritim Nusantara) results in a mutual agreement between party
A and party B as follows:
PARTY A :
a)

Will send three (3) container copper wire (copper wires), 1 container contains 10
to 15 tonnes to Jakarta Indonesia Tanjung Priuk no later than September 10,
2016

b) Before delivery to Indonesia ,in the first photo of the number of the
container making sure the goods are loaded.
c) The cost of delivery 3 (three) is after the goods are loaded on the ship
(bill of lading/rising manifest informs the party A to party B and party B
will pay some 50% of the cost of shipping $USD 1350 transferred to the
account of the owner of the ship the remainder payable after the
container arrived in Indonesia.
d) 3 Shipping container and bill of loading/manifest is written on behalf of
PT Mitra Maritim Nusantara , for receiver Mr. Darma Sutono and bill of
lading/original offices were sent to manifest Jln. Semut Kali No. 12 A
Surabaya.
PARTY B :
a) Rp. 6.000.000,- (six million IDR) will be transferred to the account of the
Hotel California payment of lodging of Mr. Daniel Wilson Balingi.

b) Up to date 10 September 2016, California Hotel lodging fee of Rp.

7.000.000,-(seven million rupiah) will be paid by party A PT. Mitra
Maritim Nusantara.
c) Rp.28.000.000,-(twenty eight million IDR) for air tickets on behalf of Mr.
Daniel Wilson Balingi to Port Moresby (PNG)will pay after 3 container
arrived in Indonesia.
d) Rp. 59.000.000,- (fifty-nine million IDR) will be pay to the working tools
(5 pcs Samsung Tablet, 3 pcs laptops and 3 pcs Samsung mobile-tab)
after the sale of 3 containers of waste copper cables in Indonesia.
e) Proceeds from sales of 3 containers of waste copper cables are sold
together deducting costs already incurred (the cost of shipping 3
container , lodging, tickets, etc, which in Indonesia.
THE PARTIES :
a) Party A and Party B assisted Mr. Karunia Budiman to take care of asking
permission for imports (quota) that exist in the steel plants including
surveor and others.
When 3 container is running smoothly and has been sold. Money is
available for a deposit around Rp.500.000.000,-(five hundred million
IDR) , after Mr. Darma Sutono joint checking group metal pieces in the
Ramu Nickel mine based in Papua New Guinea.

(2) PARTY B shall be paid 100% return on his initial capital financing (of IDR600, 000,000)
Plus his share of the profit margin at 50% (after the Indonesian Buyer effects the
payment into the PT. MITRA MARITIM NUSANTARA Bank Account for the Sales of the
3x containers of wastes copper wire).

(4) This Financing Agreement will apply for time to time.

(5)Similarly, this pact was made with the same legal agreements.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this agreement has been entered into and executed by duly
authorized representatives of the PARTY A and the PARTY B.
