2. The 50 accusers clearly establish a pattern of Cosby's sexual behavior over decades.
By contrast the allegations against MJ by those three boys are totally random especially in context of
MJ's relationship with other families and other boys. We are supposed to believe that MJ suddenly
became super-horny for Jordan Chandler in May -July 1993, during that period he had to molest him

dozens of times while he went without molesting anyone for YEARS. We are supposed to believe that
he randomly molested Jason Francia three time in 5 years between 1986 and 1991. And then he just
couldn't help but find Gavin Arvizo irresistible after Feb 6 2003, right after the Bashir documentary had
aired and the whole world was paying attention to him and the DCFS and Sneddon's office were
investigating him, right then he suddenly had to molest Gavin Arvizo even though he was not interested
in that at all for the three years he knew the Arvizos. You have to ask what on earth was MJ doing during
the many months and years between those alleged molestations? As every single boy who was with
him during those periods defended him and repeatedly denied any abuse. It just makes no sense that MJ
lost his mind for those three boys for those short periods of time while he was not interested in
molesting anyone for years. It especially makes no sense in light of the fact that serial molesters who
are attracted to young boys are among the most prolific pedophiles: Sandusky had dozens of accusers
over more than two decades.
Those who believe that MJ had more victims just silenced them with money should consider the fact
that Sneddon looked at MJ's finances in 2005 and looked at every boy who was around MJ and found
no evidence that any of them suddenly became rich. The only settlements were for the Chandlers and
the Francias and both were introduced during the trial. While MJ had an excellent opportunity to silence
the Chandlers in Aug 1993 when Evan Chandler first demanded money from MJ , MJ refused to pay him
off, which was the very reason why they accused and sued him in the first place. The Arvizos didn't even
argue that MJ ever offered them money to remain silent. And if he had molested Francia it would have
been even more reason to keep the Chandlers silent and prevent an investigation. The fact that MJ
refused to pay in Aug 1993 is strong evidence of his innocence and that he didn't silence anyone, not
even when the accusers virtually begged to be silenced.
3. Women who were in similar situations as the accusers didn't come forward to defend Cosby and
say what a wonderful man he was. Noone said yes I spent time with him in hotel rooms but he did
nothing wrong.
By contrast DOZENS of kids who were in similar situations as the accusers consistently defended and
praised MJ, boys and girls alike, even after they grew up, even after he died to this day the boys who
spent the most time with him , who had the most sleepovers with him are his most ardent defenders:
Brett Barnes, Emmanuel Lewis, Mac Culkin, Omer Batthi, Frank Cascio, Eddie Cascio, Aldo Cascio, Sean
Lennon his nephews, cousins and many others: Bryton McClure, Michael Jacobshagen, Corey Feldman,
Mark Ronson, Alfonso Riberio, Stephen Gibb, Anton Glanzelius, Dave Dave, Kirean Culkin all of whom
have been adamant that they had innocent brotherly relationship with MJ and there was nothing sexual
about him, when he was with them he was pretty much like a child himself who just didn't want to grow
up. So when it comes to MJ's relationship with boys his accusers are outliers. They represent a tiny
very shady and very greedy minority. When it comes to Cosby's relationship with women his accusers
are not outliers. They represent the vast majority of women he had some kind of relationship with.
4. There is no accuser-defender duo in the Cosby story like the Chandler-Barnes duo in the MJ story.
Imagine if there were two women who looked alike, who had very similar relationships with Cosby in

every respect but only one would accuse him and that one would sue him for 30 milion while the
other one vehemently defended him even after Cosby dies, which one would you believe? The one
who wants money or the one who has no reason to lie?

Brett Barnes and his family testified for MJ in 2005 and stated that he woudln't have tolerated any
molestation and no way he would have come all the way from Australia to support a molester
especially not under oath. His sister Karlee said that even as a kid Brett knew right from wrong
he was a strong person, not a good target for a pedophile to begin with.
Brett not only shared a bed with MJ countless times between the age 10-19 but he even looked like
Jordan Chandler. However, unlike Chandler Brett Barnes and his family never said a bad word about
MJ and they have a very low opinion about Mj's accusers. It's obvious that Brett was not molested and
if he was not it makes no sense to believe that Chandler or anyone else was. The two boys and two
families had identical relationship with MJ, they did the exact same things (going to Disneyland,
travelling with MJ, getting gifts from him, having phone calls with him, playing in Neverland, having
sleepovers ) except the Chandlers accused MJ the Barnes defended him. A man won't share a bed
countless times with one boy and do nothing while share a bed with another boy and molest him
repeatedly.
One of these boys one of these families have to be liars nothing else makes sense. So you have to ask
who had a reason to lie? Who have been caught in lies and inconsistencies? The Chandlers! They had 30
milion reasons to lie and their story kept changing. The Barnes didn't get rich by defending MJ and their
story has been consitent.

5. Cosby's reaction to the allegations was not how an innocent person would behave. He was evasive,
calm, nonsensical.
Compare that to how MJ reacted: he was shocked, angry, despressed for the first time in his life needed
drugs to cope with the stress (just like Clyde Ray Spencer who was also falsely accused of molestation),
he just couldn't believe what the Chandlers and the Arvizos were doing to him. If you read Frank
Cascio's book you can get an idea of what MJ went through during those months in 1993 while the
Chandlers and the media and the police and those tabloid whore ex-employees were assaulting him
with one bogus "boy story" after another. Just like Evan Chandler predicted on July 8 1993 when he was
caught plotting against MJ: "he won't believe what's gonna happen to him". He indeed didn't. That's
how innocent people react when they are falsely accused of molestation: disbelief, shock, depression,
anger, frustration, helplessness they are just devastated like Cliff Richard or Clyde Ray Spencer or Kelly
Michaels, who were also falsely accused of child molestation. . They may get physically ill like MJ did
both in 1993 and in 2005. Cliff Richard too got physically ill.
You don't see any of that with Sandusky or R. Kelly or Cosby. Just watch their interviews. You don't see
the outrage the frustration you can see in the Diane Sawyer's interview with MJ in 1994, and MJ was a
calm person by default, Angelica Huston said it was like anger was not in his DNA but when he heard
of the Arvizo allegations he literally destroyed the hotel room and then just kept repeating: how can
they do this? how can they say this? That's not how a guilty person reacts. A guilty person would not
be shocked that he is being accused.
MJ was clearly upset during the Diane Sawyer interview too and everything about his body language was
honest. Same thing happened during the 1996 deposition when the lawyer asked him whether anyone
ever accused him of molesting Brett Barnes and Mac Culkin (both of whom defended him by the way).

All three are guilty and their body language, facial expression, mood all reveal it. No anger, no outrage,
no frustration, no disbelief. They are nothing like MJ.

6. The Cobsy accusers behave like what you

would expect from

real victims

Watch their interviews, unless you think they are really good actors you have to admit that they are
indeed angry, that they want to tell their story, want to expose Cosby and want justice.
By contrast MJ accusers behaved like the allegations were some kind of a joke. Jordan Chandler
was described in the Chandler book as "exuberant and whimsical" right after he talked about this
"molestation" to Dr. Abrams and all he cared about was what to eat. Anthony Pelicano who
interviewed Jordan on July 9 said all he seemed to care about was playing with his video games.
Geraldine Hughes, the legal secretary of Barry Rothman, Evan Chandle's lawyer, who saw Jordan in
Rothman's office, described him as a normal 13 year old boy playing listening to music and in a good
mood. During his interview with Dr. Gardner when asked whether he had any fears Jordan said no,
except from cross-examination. That's not what a real abuse victim would say! Real abuse victims have
many fears. During that interview Jordan showed absolutely no sign that he could emotionally connect
to the story he was telling, he was businesslike and started to smile when asked about girls. He didn't
even know why he was in therapy, he was just guessing it was because he might turn homosexual
because of the abuse. He repeatedly said though that won't happen because he liked girls, period. So he
had no fears, no confusion, no trauma, no nothing. Why? Because he was not molested at all.
Gavin Arvizo was even worse. He was actually flippant and cracking jokes during his grand jury
testimony. During his trial testimony he even said of MJ " he IS a nice man". Compare that to the
Sandusky victims who were absolutely not in the mood of telling jokes while talking about their
molestation, to say the least Some of them couldn't even look at Sanduksy and no way would any of
them say that he IS a nice man.
Jason Francia's performance in court was so ridiculous the jury foreman compared him to Janet Arvizo,
who was a disaster for the prosecution. Francia was trying to ACT like an abuse victim, except he was a

The woman who got a settlement money

from Cobsy is eager to put him behind bars too.

By contrast the ones who got settlement money from MJ were eager to AVOID a criminal trial. They
were absolutely not interested in punishing the "molester"and protecting other kids...because they
knew he was not a danger at all.
Real victims if they have a chance to put the abuser behind bars testify in a criminal court. The Chandlers
were hellbent on avoiding a criminal trial and they admitted it in their book. Their entire legal strategy
was aimed at getting money and money only, a "highly profitable settlement" as they put it.
When
their first lawyer Gloria Allred said in a press conference that Jordan was ready to testify in a criminal
court she was instantly fired and replaced with trial lawyer Larry Feldman who played the age card

(Jordan was not yet 14) to force the civil case go first, i.e. to force MJ into a settlement. They absolutely
did not want a criminal indictment as that would have killed their chance of getting money in a civil case.
If the criminal case had gone first MJ would have won in court like he won against the Arvizos as the
Chandlers had nothing to prove their story and Jordan couldn't even keep it straight. Every boy he
mentioned as other victims testified under oath that they were not victims. They had no credible
eyewitness, no physical evidence, no taped evidence nothing. No way MJ would have been convicted if
he had gone to court as there was more than enough reasonable doubt. And at the end of the day
FIVE members of the Chandler family wanted to profit from the allegations: June, Evan, Jordan, Ray
Chandler and the stepfather Dave Schwarz too. Evan and Jordan wanted to profit TWICE as they sued MJ
again in 1995, this time around Evan wanted 60 million! No kidding. (That lawsuit was dismissed) There
is no real child molestation case when that happened. Not one. It's absurd. Why on earth would the
parents deserve any money if the kid was molested? Blanca Francia the mother of Jason Francia also
wanted money for HERSELF! Supposedly because her son was molested. The fact that the parents
wanted money for themselves AND had no interest in putting the "molester" behind bars at all itself
proves that they were no real victims but golddiggers.
So the Cosby case is not merely about money it's also about justice. The MJ case was all about money
and money only. In fact the very reason why the Chandlers accused him was that MJ REFUSED to pay
in Aug 1993 when Evan Chandler first demanded 20 milion from him and blackmailed him if he doesn't
pay they would ruin him. MJ didn't pay. So they accused him and sued him for 30 milion. He fought
them for 6 months. He filed motions to get the criminal case go first which the judge rejected de facto
forcing MJ to settle the civil case. This is exactly what the Chandlers wanted and they admitted it in their
book. With the criminal case going second MJ had no reason to believe he would get a fair trial,
especially not with that judge, with that DA and with that media coverage he had. It was a travesty of
justice. In short the judge fucked MJ. Simply because Jordan Chandler was net yet 14 in Oct 1993
(ridiculous, he turned 14 in Jan 1994) he was allowed to have the civil case before the criminal case was
concluded. American justice, my ass. Why didn't they let MJ defend himself in a criminal court without
forcing him to expose his defense strategy to that overzealous DA?
8. There is no evidence that Cosby is innocent. No tape , no receipt, no medical evidence.
By contrast there is tons of evidence that MJ was innocent and what Chandler and Arvizo said was
simply impossible. MJ's autopsy report is medical evidence that he was not circumcised and his skin was
brown and white even when he died. His dermatologist Dr. Patrick Treacy also talked about how his skin
was brown and white, he treated him in 2006. Jermaine Jackson described Mj's skin in 2005 as a white
man splashed with coffee. He was brown and white in Feb and March 2003 too when the Arvizos were
on the ranch. Gavin Arvizo claimed that he saw MJ fully naked when MJ just walked in the upstairs
bedroom. But when he was asked by the defense whether he knew about Mj's brown patches he said "I
didn't know about patches I just thought he was all white". With that he revealed that he never saw
him naked he didn't have a clue how his skin looked. He lied and so did his brother, they actually gave
three different description of how the supposed naked scene happened.
Chandler claimed that MJ was circumcised and he also claimed that he not only saw MJ naked over and

over again but he even mastrubated him about 10 times. If he had done that he absolutely should have
known that MJ was uncut as the foreskin moves during the masturbation. The fact that Chandler
didn't know that MJ was uncut proves that he never mastrubated him and if he lied about that what else
was he lying about?
There is no tape where any of Cosby's accuser can be heard talking about a "plan" to ruin Cosby unless
she gets what he wants. But there is a tape on July 8 1993 where Evan Chandler talked about a plan to
humiliate MJ beyond his worst nightmare unless he gets what he wants. And Evan wanted 20 million
dollar which he demanded from MJ on Aug 4 1993. The Arvizos were on tape twice praising MJ on Feb
16 and on Feb 20 2003 supposedly after they were already aducted and held against their will and after
MJ licked Gavin's head on the airplane and after MJ supposedly shows porn to Gavin and Star and
after supposedly he molested Gavin, at least according to the first version of their timeline. Those tapes
were played in court repeatedly and proved that the Arvizos were pretty much on Mj's side, they were
not forced to do anything. There were even receipts which shows that the Arvizos were shopping
around LA during their supposed false imprisonment. There were phone records which proved that it
was the Arvizos who wanted to go to Florida on Chris Tucker's airplane, MJ didn't abduct them at all!
There are simply no such smoking gun evidence against Cobsy's accusers.

9. There is no evidence that Cobsy is gay, obviously. So he couldn't use this to defend himself I'm not
even attracted to women.
By contrast there is tons of evidence that MJ was attracted to women not males of any age. He only
collected hetero adult magazines, only bought pictures of nude women, his computers only had pictures
of women and hetero adult stuff.

Many people who knew him saw him flirting with women, checking out women, making out with
women there's even a video on YouTube showing him as he checked out some "good fish". There is a
secretly recorded phone call with a woman name Glenda Stein where MJ was talking about women he
loved and how much he would want a real relationship with one where he doesn't have to look over his
shoulder all the time. There are the love notes he wrote to Lisa Marie Presley. No such notes to boys
was ever found. During the 40 years in the public eye noone found a single example where MJ expressed
attraction toward boys or any male. No lyrics, no interviews, no recorded phone calls or conversation,
no notes, no letters no emails, nothing. Millions were spent to investigate him and they all came up
empty handed. There are only such examples where he expressed attraction toward girls and women.
The contrast couldn't be bigger.
10. The police, the media treated Cosby and MJ radically differently.

Cosby has not been subjected to relentless ridicule in the press since 1984 like MJ has been. He was not
called wacko or any other derogatory name, the press didn't invent one crazy story about him after
another. They already did this to MJ
before 1993. And when the Chandlers accused him the media
went NUTS! They offered money to anyone willing to accuse Mj.
They paid Blanca Francia and the Hayvenhurst Five for bogus "boy stories". They collabrorated with the
Chandlers and presented only their side of the story. Ray Chandler even thanked the National Enquire
for their accurate coverage. That says it all. Hard Copy and Current Affair were competing with each
other which one could get a more salacious story about MJ. They offered money to Robert Newt for
saying his son was molested . Newt was a guest in Hayvenhurst in the 80s. His son was not molested and
he didn't lie about MJ for money but others did. The so called Neverland 5 former employees who
ended up as prosecution witnesses sold stories to tabloids to raise money for their lawsuit against MJ.
They lost it, they were ordered to pay 1.5m to MJ, it was also proven during that civil trial that they stole
from MJ and repeatedly lied under oath. There are no such shady "witnesses" in the Cosby story.
When he was accused in 2005 by 13 women the media ignored it. His house was not raided by 70
policemen, 400 people were not interviewed, he was not strip searched and his genitals were not
photographed. The police didn't lie to women to make them accuse Cosby like they lied to kids to make
them accuse MJ.
Moreover the DA promised not to prosecute Cosby if he gives a civil deposition. The exact opposite of
what the DA and the judge did to MJ! Cobsy got off easy. MJ, even after the photos proved that
Chandler didn't have a clue how his body looked, was still harassed by Sneddon and Garcetti, they would
not be willing to take no for an answer. The criminal investigation went on for months after the civil
settlement and when they still didn't find any evidence Sneddon was still not willing to admit that he
didn't have a case. Instead he extended the statute of limitation saying that MJ spent a lot of time
overseas. On top of that they spent taxpayer money to travell to other countries, Canada and Australia
to try to find "victims" who would testtify against Mj. Sneddon was obsessed with destroying MJ.
Cosby's prosecutor was not.

11. Cosby has not been systematically slandered in the media.

The media did not invent settlements which never happened, victims which never existed, child porn
which never existed. The media did not twist the evidence and invent evidence to prove to the public
that Cosby is guilty. They had done that with MJ. Over and over and over again. And since he died it
has got only worse. Now that he is not here to sue them for defamation they just pull shit out of their
ass put it in a headline and spread it around the world. There was the fake FBI files story, they said MJ
paid off 24 families with 35 million. None of it was true, those were not FBI files, MJ didn't pay off
anyone let alone
24 families. Then they said court documents showed he paid 200 million to silence
20 families. In reality no such court documents ever existed and no such evidence was excluded because
it never happened. That story was invented by tabloid hack STacy Brown who has made a career out of
slandering MJ. The rest of the media didn't even bother to ask: OK show us those court documents.

Where are they? When was this evidence excluded? What was the judge's reasoning? No, they didn't
fact check at all just repeated the story as it was written by Brown like it's a proven fact.
Then there is this latest bullshit about child porn and animal torture pictures being found in Neverland.
None of is true, so not true that even the DA who hates MJ admitted that nothing sexual involving
children was found. Only adult magazines, adult DVD and professional publications, art books and
vintage nudist magazines which show nude men, nude women, nude boys and nude girls alike but
nothing sexual. All those items were shown in court in 2005, there is no new evidence the media knows
it they don't care. They still lie about MJ, even photoshopping pictures, including pictures which MJ
didn't even own, and presenting art books which you and I can buy on Amazon as something perverted
and sick and horrible.
The very same "animal abuse" and "sexualized children" pictures which are mentioned in these reports
can be seen in exhibitions in the US! The book which have those pictures, Room to play by Simen Johan
can be found in the Library of Congress. Johan himself has been promoted by the Wall Street Journal,
The New Yorker and Slate. None of them accused him of being a sicko, a pervert, a monster. MJ
simply owned Johan's artbook among thousands of books and hundreds of artbooks and the media
turned this into some bombshell evidence that he was into child porn and animal abuse. Madness.

white and making his daughter apply bleaching cream on him) you have to wonder: is there anything
the media will not print about MJ? What's next? They will say he ate live babies?

Hundreds of millions of dollars have been made by the global media by publishing disgusting, crazy,
nonsensical stories about Michael Jackson. After their recent smear campaign againt him Radar Online
was bragging that their clicks went up by 20%. Unfortunately there is a market for stories which present
MJ as a twisted pervert which says a lot about the twisted perverted society we have but nothing about
who MJ really was.
12. There is no evidence that anyone was plotting to destroy Cosby.
By contrast there is taped evidence that Evan Chandler was plotting to destroy MJ. On July 8 1993 he
talked on the phone with Dave Schwarz , Jordan's stepfather where he said that he had a "plan" that
was not just his, other people were involved and he picked the nastiest son of bitch trial lawyer who was
ready to destroy everyone in sight and it will be a massacre unless he gets what he wants. He also said
that MJ will be humiliated beyond his worst nightmare and he won't sell one more record. He
blamed June, MJ AND Jordan for what was going on even calling Jordan and MJ users while constantly
whining over how he was being destroyed. He complained that MJ doesn't return his phone calls
anymore and that he didn't have to do that.
He talked about how his lawyer advised him what he cannot talk about so he would not get in trouble.
He claimed that he bugged the room where MJ and Jordan stayed, which was not true. He claimed that
he recorded their phone calls, but no such recording ever was handed over to the police or the media.
Evan Chandler said those things and did those things without Jordan accusing MJ of anything! He
already knew how he would humiliate MJ he already knew what kind of molestation he would accuse
him. All of those things were on Evan's mind not things he heard from Jordan. Jordan repeatedly denied
that he was molested until Evan took custody of him , put him in his dental chair, gave him some IV

drug and "went on the attack", as he put it in his book. Evan pressured Jordan to accuse MJ on July 16
1993 then coached him for a month and when MJ didn't pay they went public with the story.
Obviously none of the women accusing MJ engaged in this kind of "planing".
