Unified Products and Services, Inc., or UPS for brevity, was established in November
11, 2011. The company was initially formed as the marketing arm of Global Pinoy
Remittance & Services. With the phenomenal growth of the company, Unified Products
and Services shifted to be an independent Franchising Company, who will cater not
only to traditional products but also technology-based services, such as remittance,
ticketing, travel and tours, bills payments, insurance and universal loading.
Global Pinoy Remittance & Services, Unified Products & Services, Global Pinoy Travel
and Tours, Savemore Pharmacy & Minimart, and Global Pinoy Pawnshop are sister
companies, with one company president and owner, Mr. Emmanuel Manny Pascual, a
Certified Public Accountant and owner of Pascual Group of Companies. We also have
our own system, which is operated by Unlitech Solutions, an IT company, another sister
company. UPS is offering an "E-CASH", a system that gives lifetime convenience and
lifetime earning opportunities. With the UPS E-CASH you will have access to its Airline
Ticketing, Bills Payment, Remittance, Universal Loading, Insurance, and Travel & Tours
facility in the comfort of your home or anywhere for as long as you have good internet
access and you have sufficient funds in your UPS Webtool account in the form of
ECASH (electronic cash/fund).

WHAT IS A DEALER PACKAGE?
The DEALER packages are designed for personal use or as a home based business.
Some people/members added this to their existing legitimate business. However, use of
the GPRS or UPS company name and Logo as your business name is ONLY
ALLOWED for the HUB Franchisee.
Our DEALER Packages are not a franchise, its purely home based or online. For
dealers who want to put up a Traditional Business (like:Travel Agency, Bayad Center,
Remittance Centers and the like) outside of home you have to use your own
registered/legitimate business name.
Ex. "Book a Trip Travel Agency" then at the bottom of your signage you can add
"powered by: UPS E-Cash System". OR, apply for a Hub Franchise or E-Cash Pay
Center package.
The DEALER membership or joining fee is a ONE TIME PAYMENT but LIFETIME
BUSINESS.

The beauty of this system is that it is accessible anywhere in the world for as long as
you have a good internet connection. An active Email Address and Philippines mobile
phone number are another requirement for registration. This mobile phone number will
be tied up with your webtool/system & will enable you to do certain transactions using
your mobile phone. Transactions that can be transacted/processed using the mobile
phone are e-loading, remittance, bills payment, and ticketing.
There is a printable proof of payment or acknowledgement receipt for every transaction
and a confirmation message sent to your cell phone. You can download the information,
print it and give it to your client, or you may send it via email. All transaction can only be
completed if you have sufficient electronic cash (e-cash) fund or load wallet in your
system/web tool. E-cash is our online revolving fund. It is an online monetary system
where all payments for remittances, ticketing and bills payment are debited from. Load
wallet is for E-loading only. One mobile phone and one load wallet for all networks! Our
loading services are not limited in mobile phone loading only, but we also have internet
game loads and other loading like cable TV and many more.

HOW TO JOIN AS DEALER:
To join, you need to purchase any of the dealer packages we offer. I highly recommend
that we meet in our main office in 2nd Floor JR Building South Triangle, Quezon
Avenue, Quezon City so you can attend the orientation. The orientation seminar is held
everyday at 3pm ends at 5PM and 7pm ends at 9pm.
But if you have no time for meet up or it is impossible for you to do so. You can
purchase the package through bank deposit to any of UPS/GPRS bank account. And
we will assist you by phone call on how to register your account online.

After notification and confirmation of your payments, we will send to you the
Registration Code and the PIN, Referral Code and Placement for your online
registration or with your permission we can register you directly into the system so as
not to encounter registration problem since you are still new to the system.
To be a registered dealer of UPS you need a sponsor. The sponsor would mean the
person who introduce you to the business or from whom you got the info from, or to
whom you want to join. I will be your sponsor and contact person. I am known in the
office as Ms. Aizer.
The other contents of the package will be sent to you via courier. Dont worry; the
system is easy to understand. We can teach you via phone or personally if you are just
in the Philippines or via email or FB chat, Viber or Skype if you are outside the
Philippines. We will also send you detailed information on how to navigate the system.
We have done this for our business partners who are in the provinces or even those
based in other country. Or you may send your representative, friend or relative to our
office in Quezon City. It is still best if you can attend our orientation and our technical
web tool operation seminars. The orientation seminar is held every day at 3PM and
7PM. The technical web tool operation is for members only and not held every day,
Only on Thursdays and Sundays, starts at 7pm and ends at 9pm. But still we can teach
you personally if you want to meet halfway or on your house if you are accessible.

For registration purposes the following are needed:


1. Photocopy or a scanned copy of your any 2 valid government issued ID like SSS,
TIN, Passport, Philhealth ID, or voter's ID, etc.
2. Your active Philippines mobile phone number.
3. Your active Email Address.
4. Personal information: Complete name; Philippines mobile phone number; Mailing
address with Zip code; & Mother's maiden name.
5. We also need the complete name of your beneficiary for the free personal accident
insurance.

Questions:
1. Is the company is legit?
Answer: YES!
We have many legitimate partners both local and international companies. They will be
the first to sue us if we are a scam because we are using their name telling everybody
that they are our business partners. We are Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Certified
Remittance Company. We are SEC registered. We have the necessary business
permits to operate.

2. Is the company stable?
