Modification of the wrong error code

which was displayed when the Upper
Tray Security Switch activated

If you turned on the power while the Security Switch under the
Upper Tray was turned on, E540-8003 was not displayed.
Instead, E542-8004 was displayed. This error was modified.
* This error did not occur unless you turned on the power while
the Security Switch was turned on.

Modification of the Paper Jam error

which occurred when printing using
WEB browser

When you opened a PDF file using WEB browser and printed 2
copies with 2-Sided Print (8 pages) and Staple (Double) settings,
a Paper Jam occurred. Then, this jam could not be cancelled.
This error was modified.

Modification of the Paper Jam error

which occurred when printing a job
from Inbox with 2-Sided Print and
Hole Punch settings

If you combined 5 documents stored in Inbox and printed with

2-Sided Print, Hole Punch and Offset settings, a Paper Jam
occurred. This error was modified.

Modification of the error that E500FF21 occurred after the Cover open
error

When the Cover open error occurred in Finisher, E500-FF21

occurred. This error was modified.

with FinisherQ4 (Saddle Stitch) and
iR5570 with FinisherT1/T2

description

Modification was made for 17A3 jam error which occurred in

iRC3170 with FinisherQ4 (Saddle Stitch).
The same phenomenon has not occurred in iR5570 with
FinisherT1/T2, but just in case, the same modification was made
for this model.

2. Notes: Both Finisher and Saddle data can be downloaded from Service Support Tool through the Downloader PCB
(FY9-2034).Please refer to the Service Manual for the Finisher about details of upgrading.
3. Affected machines: To be communicated as soon as identified.
