of the Registry of Deeds for the Province of Camarines Sur.
2. We hereby declare, attest and certify that the above-mentioned parcel of land, or any
right, interest or claim therein, is not involved in any case or dispute before the
Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board, or any of its adjudicators,
Department of Agrarian Reform or in any court or tribunal;
3. We are executing this Affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing, and for

HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP800,000.00) as full and complete payment
in consideration for the sale of that parcel of land
