Summary
Hermosa Beach real estate market analysis for July showed a 4.55% increase in total sales, a 13.71% improvement in the median
sales price, and a 6.94% bump in net listings. Moving contrary to the aforementioned the median days to sell spiked by 95.65%
and the sales-listing ratio dropped by 2.29%. Year-over-year the median sales price fell by 10.79% or $170.5K for the month of
July.
