Rationale:
Employee productivity sometimes referred to as workforce productivity is an assessment
of the efficiency of a worker or group of workers. Productivity may be evaluated in terms of
output of an employee in a specific period of time. Typically, the productivity of a given worker
will assess relative to an average for employees doing similar work. Because much of the success
of any organization relies upon the productivity of its workforce, employee productivity is an
important consideration for business.
To be a productive employee are similar to be a good employee that achieve to have the
attitude of discipline. Foregoing in this context such behaving professionally, Learn to criticism
gracefully, Learn to do your job and do it well, Cultivate good relationship with the people in
your organization, When you get opportunity to learn a new skills, receive for a different activity,
Maintain a good performance record, Be on time, Always be productive, Dress appropriately for
your job, Dont spend a lot on personal phone calls, Use 15-20 min. of your shit, Acceptance and
be Appreciative. The program likewise deals into modules on various learning style, individual
and group facilitations, creative presentation, role-playing for deeper understanding and
appreciation of the training process.
Objectives:
At the end of the program, employees are expected to:
1. Evaluate, Asses, realized and motivate the need of itself for productivity.
2. Apply and develop the tips of productivity into practice.

Module 1: The need for productivity in a work place.
S.L.E Evaluation/ Identify oneself if the participants are producrtive.

Methodology:
Generally, a combination of lectures/discussion, learning exercise of S.L.E, workshop,
group discussion, role-playing to specifically capture the desired goals. The mode of delivery for
major activities will be done groupings and role playing to emphasized productivity on oneself in
a work place.
Processing of activities will highlight the relevance of the exercise to the actual condition
of the company to connect the vision, mission and goal of the company.
