Description of Duties:
Coordination and networking with the district education officials (DEOs, TEOs, head
teachers and concened SRP Trained Teachers)
Provide School based support to the Teachers in understanding and using the scripted
lesson plans in the class room level and assess students improvements in reading skills
Document their work on a daily basis by using a checklist that will be provided by SRP
Teachers
Attend a review meeting in their respective district with SRP staff to report their
observations and findings verbally on a monthly basis
Encourage the Teachers in their assigned schools to continuously use the supplementary
teaching and learning material provided by USAID
Facilitate conversations with the respective schools Head Teachers to establish and
conduct lesson plans in the classes
Prepare and conduct Tablet-based Formative Assessment (FA) in every second month
Share Formative Assessment (F.A) results with SRP trained Teachers of G1 & G2
Collect Schools, Teachers and Students (G1 & G2) data as guided by SRP
