We used saucepan to make the
lasagna curry to put inside the
lasagna sheet and saucepan is
having a good quality because
saucepan is used for cooking
things and we can cook anything in
a saucepan
We used knife for cutting
ingredients like onion. Knife is
having a good quality because it
saves our time and it is good.
We used spachaler to cut the
lasagna when lasagna was cooked
and it helped us to cut and to apart
lasagna easily

The skills that I demonstrate was making white sauce, boiling mixed
ingredients and making layers of lasagna

Yes, I was able to produce this food in 72 minute because I was following the
recipe and doing the way that there was written in ingredients

food item? Explain these safety and hygiene procedures in detail.
The safety and hygiene procedures that I followed was washing hands with
hot soupy water and cleaning kitchen and tie hair back otherwise it will catch
fire and the last skills that I demonstrate was knife skills and oven skills to
use oven mitts
5. Did the food item turn out the way you had anticipated?
Yes, the food turns out the way that I demonstrate because I was following
the ingredient and doing the was there was written in the ingredient

on or do differently?
The two thinks that I would improve on is making white sauce and layer the
lasagna

The rate that I want to give is 10 out of 10 because it was very soft yummy
and affordable and it was not spicy
