Good afternoon sir and mam. First I want to say thank you sir and mam for this opportunity to me to
be here and be interviewed by all of you. First let me introduce myself, my name is I Made Bian
Dananjaya, you can call me Bian. I am 23 years old. I come from Denpasar Bali. I am the first son and I
have two little brothers. I like playing chess, guitar and doing some sport activity like fitness, futsal
and tennis table.
I graduated from bachelor degree of civil engineering in Institut Technology Sepuluh Nopember
Surabaya. During my years in the university, I participated in several organisations and taking different
roles in each of them. In doing so I have learnt how to position myself and to be both, as follower as
well as leader. I have developed those skills during that time, which I believe will be useful in the work
place. Being independent but can function well in a team is one of the things that I learnt in
organizations. The focus of my study in university is about transportation, due to the fact that iam
personally very interested in learning that particular subject. My thesis is directed about feasibility
study of toll road.
I sincerely believe that my knowledge, experience sand skill will be my advantage in order to join your
company. I will be very glad if I am the one who selected to work for this company. If you are looking
for someone who is very smart and has already tons of experience, I may not be the person. But if you
are looking for someone who always work hard and never cease to learn in order to improve and
achieve the required standard, I am the right person for the job.
My motivation to apply this job is to have a good career in a good construction company. I have
interest in infrastructure transportation especially in toll road construction. So hopefully with PT.PP I
could do my best that not only to learn and work to give an advantages to PT. PP, but also contribute
as a form of my services to this country.

Mojokerto Kertosono highway road is one of the most crowded road in East Java, because of
economical growth increase every years in East Java. Therefore writer undertake a feasibility study of
Mojokerto Kertosono highway construction. The parameters are reviewed to assed the feasibility
of Mojokerto Kertosono highway is Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR ), Nett Present Value (NPV), and Internal
Rate of Return (IRR). The Value of Benefit in this toll road is saving BOK and Time Value. To Calculate
Both of them writer using Jasa Marga method. In this final project economic analysis results obtained
calculation value is 19.55 BCR> 1, the value of NPV is Rp. 42.258.795.689.796,- > 0, so that economic
analysis Mojokerto toll road construction - Kertosono declared eligible. In financial analysis obtained
by 3.21 BCR> 1, NPV Rp. 5.052.376.029.745,-> 0, and obtained payback period in the year to -12 from
35-year plan, so that the financial analysis Mojokerto toll road construction - Kertosono be feasible
