Option to search for a SAP Note/KBA (Knowledge Based Article) by entering search terms or enter the SAP Note/KBA Number directly in the
search field. A Knowledge Based Article does not include correction instructions.
New since last visit displays all new SAP Notes/KBAS since the last time the user logged in to the Launchpad
Updated since last visit displays all updated SAP Notes/KBAS since the last time the user logged in to the Launchpad
My Favorites displays all SAP Notes/KBA marked as a favorite by the user
Click on the > icon to display a SAP Note/KBA
More will extend the result list

Select a SAP Note/KBA by checking the box or select all from the list by checking the box beside SAP Component in the title row

Show relevance for favorite systems This check is based on the systems added as
favorites by the user (Please check the Favorite Systems tile). If no favorite systems exists
then no results are shown. The user must first select a SAP Note by checking the box or an
error is displayed. The user must select a system from the dropdown menu and press the
show relevance for favorite systems button. A confirmation message Relevance check for
the selected system finished is displayed. Here the user can see if this SAP Note is relevant
or not relevant for the selected system
The system relevance check can also be run while displaying a SAP Note and clicking on
the send to icon
