I've used WinRAR for years and have never seen this prompt.
Why/when does this occur?
it's when you don't purchase the license & the prompt will keep coming back until the trial has ran out but the trial
never runs out so that's why he posted this.

If you REALLY want to make it simple, I have the key file that will make this stop. you just pop the file into the root
directory and it stops.
