AGREEMENT FOR SALE

THIS AGREEMENT FOR SALE is made this the ______ day of August, Two
Thousand Fourteen of Christian Era, BETWEEN Mr. BHARAT DHAMALA son
of Mr. MOHAN SINGH DHAMALA by faith Hindu , by occupation Business, by
Nationality Indian, with residence at Flat No : 1 E, Hilton Estate, 85, Rajdanga,
Golpark, Kolkata, West Bengal, Pin - 700107 hereinafter referred to and called
REGISTERED OWNER/FIRST PARTY is registered owner of GETZ BS III,
Engine No: G4EA6M165066, Chassis No: MALBU51HR6M034845J, MakeHYUNDAI MOTORS INDIA LTD, Year 2006, Color E Black Car, Registration
No WB20H 1336 Said Car.
BHARAT DHAMALA appointed his wife Mrs. MOM DHAMALA with Power of
Attorney to execute the sale of the Said Car. (which term or expression shall
unless otherwise excluded by or repugnant to the subject or context, be

deemed to mean and include his legal heirs, executors, administrators,

authorised representatives, nominees and assigns) of the FIRST PART;

hereinafter referred to as the TRANSFEREE /SECOND PARTY (which term or
expression shall unless otherwise excluded by or repugnant to the subject or
context, be deemed to mean and include their legal representatives, executors,
administrators, successors, nominees and assigns) of the SECOND PART;
AND WHEREAS the First Party has agreed to sell /transfer the Said Car to the
Second Party by way of nomination and / or assignment at a total consideration
of Rs. 1,05,00,00/- (Rupees One Lac and Five Thousand Only), subject to the
terms and conditions as appearing hereinafter.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AND IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND
DECLARED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO as follows:-

That in pursuance of this Agreement and as per the Sale Consideration

so fixed, the First Party has received a payment of Rs. 1,05,000/-/- (One Lac
and Five Thousand Only) as total sale consideration payable, the receipt

whereof, the First Party hereby acknowledges as also acknowledges receipt of

the same as per Memo appended hereinbelow . The First Party has, hereby,
agreed to convey, transfer by way of nomination and / or assignment the Said
Car being GETZ BS III, Engine No: G4EA6M165066, Chassis No:
MALBU51HR6M034845J, Make- HYUNDAI MOTORS INDIA LTD, Year 2006,
Color E Black Car to the Second Party.

2.

That the Said Car hereby agreed to be sold is not subject to any other

Hypothecation by the First Party i.e. Free from finance from any of Financial
Institution/ Bank. The Pan Card No. of the First Party i.e. of Mr. BHARAT
DHAMALA son of Mr. MOHAN SINGH DHAMALA is _______________ and
the Pan Card No. of the Second Party i.e. Mr. ____________________ is
_____________________.
3. Having inspected the Said Car and being fully satisfied the Second Party has
agreed to purchase the Car and execution of this agreement dated
________________.
4. The Second Party will get the Said Car transferred after this sale agreement
in his name within 30 days.
5. First Party is not liable for any liability pertains to this Said Car after Signing
this Sale Agreement.

6. Having received the full sale consideration of Rs.___________(________)

and having phisycally handed over the Said Car to the Second Party. All
responsibility arising related to use of car lie with Second Party with immediate
effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have hereunto set and subscribed
their respective signature on these presents the day, month and year first above
