PUBLIC NOTICE

COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION (CSS), 2017

1.

In pursuance of Cabinets decision, the upper age limit for CSS Competitive
Examination has been enhanced by two years. The age limits for CSS
Competitive Examination, 2017 onwards would be as under:

i.

For fresh candidates

21 to 30 years

ii.

For the categories specified in Rule 3(ii)

of CSS Competitive Examination Rules, 2017 :

21 to 32 years

Cut off date for determining the eligibility of the candidates in terms of age,
domicile, qualifications etc, will be 31st December, 2016. Both male and
female including disabled persons having at least 2nd Division Bachelors
degree and within above said age limits may apply online to FPSC for CSS
Competitive Examination, 2017 during the period 1st October, 2016 to 31st
October, 2016.

Rules & Syllabus will be available on FPSC Website www.fpsc.gov.pk.

4.

Formal advertisement for inviting applications will be issued in the last week
of September, 2016.
