INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES
Dear Candidate,
We are pleased to inform you that you have been shortlisted to attend the Written Test to be held for the post in our Organization. The Written Test will consist of objective type multiple choice question having
twoparts viz., General Aptitude (Verbal Ability, G.K., Reasoning / Logical Deductions & Numerical Ability) and concerned Discipline Knowledge.
01. You are requested to appear for the Written Test at the allotted Test Centre on the date and time specified above. Please affix your recent passport size photograph and sign across the photo.
02. This Admit Card should be brought to the Test Centre and handed over to the Room Invigilator. You have to sign in the presence of the Invigilator only. If you are allotted with more than one roll number, you are
required to appear for the written test with only one Roll No. and quote the Roll No. printed on such admit card for the Written Test.
03. This Admit Card is issued under the assumption that you meet all the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the press advertisement and that all the data furnished in the Application Form submitted by you online are
correct. However, at any stage, if it is found that you do not meet any of the eligibility criteria / any of the data furnished by you is incorrect, it would disqualify your candidature / appointment in CPCL.
04. You should reach the Test Centre before the reporting time as mentioned above. Late comers will not be permitted to appear in the Written Test.
05. Request for change of Written Test Centre / Venue / Date will not be entertained under any circumstances.
06. You are advised to bring sufficient number of blue/black ball point pens for appearing in the written test.
07. Outstation SC / ST candidates called for Written Test will be reimbursed single Second Class Railway / Ordinary Bus fare from the nearest railway station of the mailing address to the place of Written Test and
back by the shortest route on production of ticket, provided the distance is not less than 30 kms. Reimbursement will be made subject to submission of TA claim along with original rail ticket / receipt or photocopy
thereof or original bus tickets(s) and copy of Community Certificate. The eligible SC/ST candidates are advised to download the claim form and fill-up the same (before reaching the written test centre).
Please note that TA reimbursement will not be admissible to the candidates working in Central or State Govt. services, Govt. companies, PSUs, Local Govt. Institutions and Panchayats.
08. Please keep a copy of the admit card for future reference, as this Original Admit Card will be collected from you at the Written Test venue.
09. Please note that this letter does not constitute an offer of employment to you.
10. The Roll No. of the short-listed candidates only will be displayed on our website www.cpcl.co.in Only the short-listed candidates will be called for Personal Interview and the same will be informed through post as
well as through e-mail.
11. DO NOT BRING MOBILE PHONES/SCANNING DEVICES/ANY ELECTRONIC GADGET TO THE TEST CENTRE; PLEASE NOTE THAT, NO ARRANGEMENT FOR STORING THESE WILL BE MADE AT
THE TEST CENTRE AND THESE ITEMS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE CENTRE.

which the answer sheet of such candidates will not be evaluated
