Started off with rehearsal "cranking right through this show"
5:01 PM ran act one last night, blocking act two tonight. In great shape
5:02 PM scenic. Bert. Things nearly built, nearly painted
Discussed safety of platforms on the set- can we stand on them? Yes, the bottom ones.
Sent out rough projection lists- projection transition sequence to and from Harlem, how much time will we need to fill?
5:06 PM props
Pulled props- discussed cups. Tin cups, how many? 20 too many- they can share
Hammer issues- props list said different kind of hammer than would be used to spike railroads
Guns- what guns fire onstage and what guns fire offstage? Both are fired in view of audience. 1926, keeping period in mind with number of times it needs to be fired/ in how quick of succession

Started fittings today- going well so far
