Pot Roast & Veggies - 3

Take 1-gal Ziploc bag and combine 1 pkg


brown gravy mix, 1 pkg Italian dressing
mix, 1 pkg ranch mix, and 1 cups of beef
or chicken stock (broth), zip shut, and
smoosh
Add 3-4 lb pot roast to mixture bag and
smoosh to coat
In separate 1-gal Ziploc bag, combine 2
medium onions quartered and 1 bag of
baby carrots, zip bag shut
Place roast bag inside veggie bag if possible
Repeat for second & third batches.
Attach Label

Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole - 3


Spray (3) 8x8 baking dishes
In a large bowl, add 8 oz of softened cream
cheese and then whisk in 2 c of
evaporated milk a little at a time. Once
combined, add 3 tsp of chicken bouillon
base. Mix well.
Add to mixture 4 cups of diced ham, 4 cups
of cubed cooked chicken, 1 c of shredded
mozzarella and 1 cup of shredded swiss
cheese. Mix well.
Divide evenly into the 3 8x8 pans
Top with one more cup of either shredded
cheeses
Cover with a layer of plastic wrap and a layer
of foil.
Attach label.

Crockpot Cheesy Buffalo Chicken


Pasta 3
In each of the three 1-gal Ziploc freezer
bags, add 3 chicken breasts, 1/4 c of
buffalo sauce, 3 c. of chicken broth, tsp
of garlic powder, tsp of celery salt, tsp
of salt, and 1/8 tsp of pepper
Repeat for additional batches.

Darn Good Chili - 3


In (3) 1-gal Ziploc freezer bags, divide evenly
2 lbs of cooked ground beef and 1 lb. of
ground turkey, 1 tsp of celery salt, 4 jars of
15 oz tomato sauce, (2) chili starters, (2)

29 oz of kidney beans with liquid, (2) 29 oz


of pinto beans with liquid, 4 tsp. of ground
cumin, 6 TB of chili powder, 9 tsp of black
pepper, 4 tsp of salt, 2 TB of cayenne
pepper (optional). (can sub 2 chili starters
for onions and chiles)

Slow Cooker Sesame Chicken - 2


Take 1-gal Ziploc bag of 6 chicken breasts (or
4 of each to double); set aside.
In a separate 1 quart bag, combine 1 c of
honey, 1/2 c of soy sauce, 1/4 c of ketchup,
c of diced onion, 2 TB of olive oil, 1 TB of
minced garlic, tsp of red pepper flakes
Zip bag and Smoosh
Place both bags in 1-gal Ziploc Bag
Repeat for second batch.

French Dip - 2
In 1 gal. Ziploc bag, combine 1-2 lb chuck
roast, 1 packet of Au Jus mix, and 2 cups of
beef broth.
Repeat for second batch.

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken

Take 1-gal Ziploc bag of 6 chicken breasts (or
4 of each to double); set aside.
In a separate 1-gal bag, combine 1 cup of
brown sugar, c of honey, 2/3 c of white
vinegar, c lemon-lime soda, 3 Tbsp of
soy sauce, 4 TB of minced garlic, and 1 tsp
of seasoning salt
Zip bag and Smoosh
Place both bags in 1-gal Ziploc Bag
Repeat for second batch.

Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops - 2


Take 1-gal Ziploc bag, add 6 pork chops, 2 TB
of garlic bread seasoning, 1 TB of minced
onion flakes, 1 can of cream of chicken
soup, and 1 cup of apple juice
Repeat for second batch.
Seal & Attach Label

until bubbly. Add to soup and bring to boil


for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low.
Stir in 4 c of shredded cheddar, 2 c of milk, 1
c of heavy whipping cream, 1 tsp of salt, 1
tsp of pepper, and 2 lb of cooked and
crumbled bacon
Let cool and divide evenly into 2 1-gal. Ziploc
freezer bags.

Bacon Cheeseburger Soup - 2


Brown 2 lb of grown beef. Drain and set
aside.
In large pot, add 2 TB of butter and 1 cup of
diced carrots, 2 tsp of parsley flakes, and 2
tsp of basil.
Add 6 cups of chicken broth, 8 cups of peeled
and diced potatoes, and beef to pot and
bring to boil
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10-12
minutes or until potatoes are tender.
In small skillet, melt 6 TB of butter and add
c of flour. Cook and stir for 3-5 min. or
