    Dear Attorney Knox:
    Thank you for the Brief you filed with the Office of State Ethics on July 20, 2016 on behalf of
    Commissioner Katharine Wade setting forth certain facts and arguments to be considered in
    connection with the Board's proposed Declaratory Ruling No. 2016-A. My office is in need of
    additional facts and requests responses from Commissioner Wade to the following questions:
