Role:

Safely Operation of boiler and its auxiliaries. Making sure that Operators and
technicians are not making any mistakes during the plant operation.

Giving the priority to personnel safety and machine safety for reducing
unnecessary plant down time while during the plant operations.

Maintaining all the process parameters with in the limit. (like steam, flue gas,
water, air its pressure and temperature) and trying to improve the overall
efficiency of the plant.

Optimum usage of the fuel, water and other sources and trying to improve the
overall efficiency of the palnt.

In order to identify the heat loss of the boiler and turbine, preparing the heat
and mass balance sheets for turbine and boiler.

Determining the overall efficiency of the plant periodically.

Taking periodic plant shut down for conducting maintenance work for keeping
the equipment efficiency with in limit.

Maintenance of steam turbine, compressors, conveyors (belt, screw, chain) air

cooled condensers, electro static precipitators, boiler and its auxiliaries.
