Lab SaflrtV Training Program

Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Department has been requested by the Vice Rectorl
Academic Affairs to conduct the following training workshops on "Labs Safety". These
workshops will be held in the Old Administration Building (OAB) Auditorium according to the
following schedule;

1. Wednesday, September 4, 2013 for College of Engineering Sciences and College of

Computer Sciences & Engineering.
2. Thursday, September 5,2013 for College of Sciences.
[The above mentioned workshops would be held during 09:00A.M to 12:00P.M]
I would like to request you to advise the all Chairmen of the College of Engineering Sciences,

for the nomination of their Lab Instructors, Supervisors, Lab B.As, R.As and Graduate
Students to attend the speCific workshop for College of EngineerinG Sciences.
We will also appreciate receivins the names of all instructors who will participate In this
training, as well as the names of the lab safety coordinators for each department.
