OBJETIVO

The purpose of this procedure is to establish Work

Completion List responsibility, generated by
contractor before work turnover and the Detailed
Punchlist prepared together by the contractor, BSK
and Client. This is to ensure a turnover without
major problems from completed scope of work
according to Project drawings and technical
specifications.

El propsito de este procedimiento es establecer la

responsabilidad de la Lista de Trabajos por
Terminar, generada por el contratista en la preentrega y el Punch List detallado preparado
conjuntamente por el contratista, BSK y el Cliente.
Esto para asegurar una entrega sin sobresaltos del
alcance de trabajo completo que est de acuerdo con
los planos y las especificaciones tcnicas del
Proyecto.

Contractor will begin a Work Completion List in an

appropriate time, when contract work schedule is
close to be completed. This list can be prepared for
each system in particular, for each turnover package
or any other way previously agreed and that is part
of the scope of work.

El contratista iniciar la Lista de Trabajos por

Terminar en un momento apropiado, cuando se
acerque al trmino del programa de trabajo del
Contrato. Esta lista puede ser preparada para cada
sistema en particular o para cada paquete de
entrega o de cualquier otra forma con la que se haya
estado de acuerdo y que sea parte del alcance del
trabajo.

Detailed Punchlist inspection will be carried out

together
with
the
Contractor,
Contracts
Coordinator, BSK Engineering Department
representative and Client. Any work completion
list item that has not been finished at the moment of
inspection will become a Detailed Punchlist item.
Work magnitude to be inspected must include all
contractual commitments, including scope of work
changes.

La inspeccin del Punch List se llevar a cabo

conjuntamente por el Contratista, el Coordinador de
Contratos, un representante del Departamento de
Ingeniera de BSK y el Cliente. Cualquier tem de
la Lista de Trabajos por Terminar que no haya sido
terminado al momento de la inspeccin de ste, se
convertir en un tem del Punch List Detallado. La
magnitud del trabajo a ser inspeccionado deber
incluir todos los compromisos contractuales,
incluyendo los cambios en el alcance del trabajo.
