The jojoba-derived Floraesters IPJ in this cream makeup formula improves the skin feel, improves application properties, and
increases playtime. Floraesters IPJ is an excellent pigment wetting agent and improves pigment dispersion in this formula.
Floraesters K-20W Jojoba imparts long-wearing, smudge-resistant qualities to the product. The pigmented Florasomes deliver
additional custom shading depending on the users preference.

Mixing Procedure:
1. Disperse CMC and Veegum in P.G. of Phase A. Heat water of Phase A to 75C, and add gum dispersion to water.
Mix for 30 minutes to hydrate gums.
2. Dissolve Floraesters K-20W Jojoba of Phase B into P.G. until uniform; add to Phase A at 75C with propeller
agitation (PA).
3. Add Phase C ingredients to Phase AB at 75C with high speed homomixer agitation. Mix for 30 minutes.
4. Add Phase D to Phase ABC with moderate homomixer agitation. Mix 10 minutes and hold at 80C.
5. Combine Phase E ingredients and heat to 80C with PA. With Phase ABCD and Phase E at 80C, add Phase E slowly
to Phase ABCD with moderate PA. Mix 20 minutes and force cool with PA to 40C.
6. Add Phase F to Phase ABCDE at 40C. Use propeller agitation except for the Florasomes addition, which should be
done by hand sweeping action.
