GrabPeer Fare Schedule
This GrabPeer Fare Schedule is current as of the date it was provided to you. Should GrabCar change the
Schedule, the company shall provide notice of such change(s) to you via email, SMS, the App, or other written
means.
In exchange for your access to and use of the App, the Software and Gamma, including the right to receive the
Bookings, you agree to pay GrabCar the GrabCar Service Fee for each Booking accepted, in the amount of 20%
of the total Fare, calculated pursuant to the rate schedule below.

In the event of cash payment made by Client, the GrabPeer shall be responsible for providing the fare change in
the exact amount and in an expeditious manner. You shall remit to the client the exact fare change or an amount
greater than the change for the fare stated in the App. In the event that fare change is unavailable, you shall solely
cover the loss due to unavailability of exact change.
As a general rule, cars that fall under GrabCar are utility sedans and AUVs with models that are at most five (5)
years old. Vehicles that fall under GrabCar+ are premium SUVs and sedans with models that are at most five (5)
years old. GrabCar reserves the right to categorize cars according to GrabCar and GrabCar+.

Peak Hour Rate
To align vehicle supply with Client demand, GrabCar may increase the Fares at varying hours of the day. The
peak hour fare is computed by multiplying the Fare by the peak rate (Peak Rate), which the Software
determines and approves. GrabCar shall have, at all times and in sole discretion, the right to approve, implement,
change or eliminate the Peak Rate.
For GrabCar, peak rate may go up to 2 times the normal rate. For GrabCar+, peak rate may go up to 1.5 times the
normal rate.
A sample computation of standard and peak hour Fares is attached to this GrabPeer Fare Schedule.

Payment Practices
GrabCar shall require you to open a GCash account. All remittances relating to Fares and GrabCar Service Fees
made to you by GrabCar shall be transacted with your GCash account.
At the beginning of each Agreement, GrabCar will provide each of your driver an account (Account) to use the
App. Each Account has an electronic wallet (Credit Balance) that acts as your/your drivers wallet for
Bookings. Initially, the Credit Balance amount will be P0.00. If the Credit Balance is zero or negative, you will
not receive Bookings. To receive Bookings, you will need to increase your Credit Balance by requesting a top up
amount to your Credit Balance. Your Credit Balance acts as prepaid credit to receive Bookings.
In the beginning of the Agreement, GrabCar will top up worth PHP1500 into your Account. You may request for
additional top up from GrabCar if needed.
In the event of cash payment by the Client, GrabCar shall deduct 20% of the total fare of each completed Booking
from the Credit Balance. The amount in the Credit Balance will then serve as the 20% surcharge, but paid in
advance by you.
In the event of cashless payment by the Client, through debit or credit card transactions, GrabCar shall remit to
you 80% of the total fare of each completed Booking in your GCash account.
GrabCar shall send you a summary of your transactions (Summary of Transactions) every 1st and 15th of the
month (Billing Date). Each current Summary of Transactions shall cover the transaction immediately following
the last transaction reflected in the preceding Transaction Record to the last transaction 5 working days before the
Billing Date.

The Transaction Record shall also reflect the offsetting of the amount that GrabCar remits to you for cashless
payments and the amount that you shall remit to GrabCar for the sum of the amounts that you credited through
top up to your Credit Balance.
In the event that GrabCars remittance to you for cashless payments is greater than your remittance to GrabCar for
the top up to your Credit Balance, GrabCar shall deposit to your GCash account the net amount after the
offsetting of the parties remittances. The said deposit shall be made within three to five working days after the
issuance of the transaction record.
In the event that your remittance to GrabCar for the top up to your Credit Balance is greater than GrabCars
remittance to you for cashless payments, you shall remit to GrabCar the net amount after the offsetting of the
parties remittances. This amount must be remitted within the maximum of three working days after the Billing
Date. You shall have the option to choose your remittance methods of cash pick-up, cheque pick-up paid to the
order of MYTAXI.PH, INC., or bank deposit to the account:

For bank deposits, you are required to inform GrabCar within twenty-four hours of the deposit, through an email
to the address: mark.salenga@grabtaxi.com, with an attachment of a copy of the deposit slip.
You reserve the right to request for the remittance of your Credit Balance amount. The amount you requested for
remittance shall be remitted to your GCash account within 72 hours upon Grabcars receipt of your request.
Failure to comply with the terms stipulated may result to temporary or permanent suspension from the Software.
