Harumi Towers is a flagship project of Mitsubishi Jisho Residence
Co., Ltd. and Kajima Corporation. The former being Japans top
condominium supplier in 2011, and the latter, the countrys major
general contractor, the development will consist of super high-rise
twin residential towers that are dominant on the waterfront of Tokyo
Bay. Both consisting of 49 stories above ground, the 1st tower
Krono Residence (883 units; completion in Nov. 2013) offers 1~
3Bed Rooms, while the 2nd tower Tiaro Residence (861 units;
completion in Apr. 2016) offers 1 ~ 4Bed Rooms including more
spacious premium units. The exterior and entrance of both towers

as well as the landscape were designed by Richard Meier, the


youngest Pritzkar Architecture Prize laureate at that time.
The attractiveness of living in mega-condos, among others, would
be the full-fledged common spaces and facilities. Luxurious
entrance halls, hotel-like lounges (including the view lounge on 30F
where residents can relax with drinks from the bar counter while
gazing at the glittering bay-view in the twilight), rooftop gardens,

Although the propertys diverse charms can be hardly thumb nailed,

Location:

The twin towers are situated in the lively residential area,


overlooking the canal to the south. The skyscrapers will be bathed
in the morning sun from the east side, with the view of Rainbow
Bridge and the surrounding Tokyo Bay area to the west, while on

spreads before your eyes.
Despite the total population decline in Japan, Harumi area
experiences significant population growth, representing Chuo-ku
(ward) that boasts the highest increase rate not only in Tokyo but
also throughout the country, among cities with population over
100,000. (According to the national census taken every 5 years,
Chuo-kus population grew by 35.67% during 2000 ~ 2005 and
24.83% during 2005 ~ 2010, while that of Tokyo showed 4.25% and
4.65% respectively for the same period.)
With Tokyo being one of the three candidate sites for the 2020
Olympics, the area is also set aside for the prospective athletes
village, foreseeing the possibility of drastic changes. The area will
continue to attract public attention and mass media throughout the

Transport:

2 Metro lines are available in the vicinity: Residents can take either
Oedo Line from Kachidoki Sta. or Yurakucho Line from Tsukishima
Sta., both within 14-minute walk from the both towers.
Metropolitan buses are also running in the area, although residents
can take advantage of the exclusive shuttle bus service on
weekdays that enable door-to-door access to gateway areas in
central Tokyo. Destinations will include Tsukishima (4 minutes) and
East-Ginza (10 minutes) during morning commute, and Nihonbashi
and Marunouchi in the day time, providing hassle-free rides

TERMS OF PAYMENT (Krono Residence)


1) Refundable booking fee of S$2,000 is payable upon reservations / exchange of contracts.
2) Down payment of 10% of purchase price is payable no later than 20 September 2013.
Booking fee shall be refunded upon payment of Down payment.
3) Exchange of contracts is scheduled on 24 September and 26 September 2013 in
Singapore.
4) Balance of 90% of the purchase price is payable no later than 7 March 2014.
5) Delivery of property on 26 March 2014

2. Prior to delivery of property, Purchaser or its authorized representative shall conduct a
physical inspection of the unit and check the condition.
3. The developers will repair any defect (if found) prior to delivery of property
