2 Metro lines are available in the vicinity: Residents can take either
Oedo Line from Kachidoki Sta. or Yurakucho Line from Tsukishima

Scope of Work
1. Assist client in reviewing the legal document including the

Important note:
1. Mitsubishi Jisho Residence Co., Ltd. and Jones Lang LaSalle K.K. (Tokyo) shall conduct
scheduled explanatory sessions of Legal Report in front of Purchasers (no substitute)
prior to exchange of contracts.
2. Prior to delivery of property, Purchaser or its authorized representative shall conduct a
physical inspection of the unit and check the condition.
3. The developers will repair any defect (if found) prior to delivery of property
4. Delivery of property and keys shall be conducted in Tokyo by Purchaser or its
authorized representative
5. Purchaser shall be bearing its own stamp duty and other taxes at exchange of contract
and delivery of property
6. All payment shall be made in Japanese yen
7. Cost of currency exchange and remittance fee for both sending bank and receiving bank
shall be borne by Purchaser
8. Non-cancellable in case the Purchaser fails to obtain debt financing and Down payment
shall be forfeited

(1) Photo Identification National Identification Card (FOR SINGAPOREANS)
(2) Passport or any other official identification document issued by a public authority with name,
address, birthday and photo
If the purchase is being taken in a Company name then the following must be provided:
a) A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation

b) Evidence of the Companys registered address.
