TO THE HONORABLE ANNA J. BROWN:

Ryan Bundy, defendant pro se, hereby petitions the Court for a Writ of Habeas
Corpus Ad Testificandum for Peter Santilli. The following facts and circumstances support
this petition:
The said individual, Peter Santilli, is currently confined at Multnomah
County Detention Center, but with a pending U.S. Marshals hold for a
matter in the District of Nevada. The presence of Peter Santilli is necessary
because he will be called as a witness for the defense in the above-captioned
case.
WHEREFORE, I respectfully request that the Clerk of the Court be directed to issue
a Writ of Habeas Corpus Ad Testificandum commanding the United States Marshal for the

Oregon on or about October 1, 2016, and continuing for such time as necessary.
