AERONAVE AIRBUS 319 EM APROXIMAO NO ESTABILIZADA

EFETUANDO UMA CURVA A BAIXA ALTURA COLIDE PONTA DE
ASA COM O SOLO:
A Narrow Body A 319 performing a non stabilized approach with a right and
dangerous turn close to the ground causing a wing tip strike. We must carry out
a correct approach procedure in order to be stabilized at least 1000 feet under
IFR conditions, 500 feet under VFR conditions and 300 feet above the ground
when we need to make a circle to land procedure. Another good maneuver is
the go around procedure.
2) AERONAVE MD 11 EM APROXIMAO BAIXA BATE COM A
CAUDA ANTES DA CABECEIRA DESEJADA DE POUSO:
Aircraft MD 11 is having a tail strike before the desired threshold probably after
making a destabilized and a low approach below the correct glide slope profile.

AERONAVE DE PEQUENO PORTE PRESA A UMA REDE LETRICA

DE ALTA TENSO:

A single engine aircraft HAS hit the electricity WIRING (network) due to a
hazardous low pass near the ground. The flight crew and the passengers are
probably waiting for the fire BRIGADE assistance to leave the small aircraft
safely.
4)

AERONAVE DE GRANDE PORTE EM UMA APROXIMAO MUITO

BAIXA PRESTES A COLIDIR COM O MAR:

A heavy airliner on a very low approach beneath the safety profile is almost
colliding with the sea. Almost places with small runways, the technical crew
should make a lower approach in order to land before the 1000 feet mark on the
runway, but in this case the pilot had some technical problem or they performed
a non stabilized procedure. In this case they must use full power immediately to
try to recover the correct trajectory or to go around, avoiding the accident.
5) AERONAVE TAXIANDO (AIRBUS) COM RADOME DESTRUIDO:
Well This is an Airbus 320 taxiing with some serious damages. The main ones
are the broken radome and the cracked windshield. These damages normally
happen when the aircraft passing through a buildup area finds great blocks of
ice. The ice causes several structure damages in the radome, the leading edge,
and the windshield. Sometimes the pilots also lose correct instrument
indications and need to perform the checklist procedures. Whenever possible
the flight deck crew shall avoid buildups by using the aircraft weather radar or
by visual contact. If inside the instable area the correct thing to do would be to
maintain low speed, or better the specifically maneuver air speed according to
the airplane operators manual to reduce the structural loads. It is
recommended to avoid higher flight levels to deviate from ice. You would better
pass by a shower area with the ignitors/ igniters on than by an icy area.

AERONAVE COM O MOTOR

DESTRUIDO, PROVAVELMENTE
DEVIDO A COLISO COM PSSAROS:
Well, this is an airliner jet approaching to land with single engine. One of them
was damaged probably due to a bird strike during the final approach leg. Its
normal we find several flocks of birds close to airport areas in Brazil. The
airports normally were designed in a cheap and poor area where there are
several waste dumps what cause the appearance of vultures. At these areas
we can turn on the landing lights and also the weather radar to try to frighten the
presence of birds on final approach to land.
7) AERONAVE CARGUEIRA COM A CAUDA APOIADA NO CHO
PROVAVELMENTE EM VIRTUDE DE ERRO DE CARREGAMENTO:
Well, what can I say about this picture? This a freighter parked with a tail strike
probably due to an unbalanced load procedure. The best thing to avoid this
damage is to start the load procedures from the center of the aircraft to the
forward part. This is the basic rule to make a correct loading.
8) AERONAVE CARGUEIRA NA APROXIMAO FINAL COM UMA PORTA
ABERTA:
This is a freighter carrying out a final approach to land with the main door
opened. This kind of situation usually happens due to problems with the latch
mechanism and the pilot needs to return to land right away and maintain the
minimum low speed possible to try to avoid the loss of the door. If the door falls,
it can hit some important surfaces of the aircraft such as elevator, ailerons,
engines and it may cause a terrible accident.
9) B 747 QUEBRADO NUMA VALA JUNTO A PISTA DE POUSO:
Well, this is a wide body airliner crashed in the trench probably after losing the
runway axis at touchdown. This accident caused several damages on the
aircrafts fuselage. The main one is the broken nose landing gear including the
flight deck. This kind of hard landing occurs due to a non stabilized approach
and the best thing to be done is to try to be correct on the glide and localizer
path or if unable to go around trying another procedure or waiting for better
weather conditions.
