Job Summary
We are looking for developers who will be involved in development of end-to-end
web applications / desktop (or mobile) applications / web services

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

Owning and working end-to-end on an application - from system (server,

deployment, configuration management) to back end (container, application,

database) to front end (JSP, AJAX, Tiles, CSS, HTML, JavaScript).
Writing efficient and readable code, and having an appreciation for the same
Working on JVM, memory management and optimization.
Compliance with build and configuration management process
Develop and maintain new features on J2EE stack

Application of design patterns and frameworks

Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience

Educational Qualifications:

B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science or related field from a
premier institute.
Professional Experience:

2 5 years for SE/SSE and 5 - 8 years for TL of work experience in software

development.
Experience in Web development (e-commerce/B2C) is a must.
Experience with a start-up would be added advantage.
Functional Competencies:

Data Structures and algorithm

Enterprise design patterns

Proficient in Java

Strong hands-on development experience including real-world

development using JSP, Java Servlets, Java Struts, Spring and Hibernate

Exposure to using/configuring app servers like JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere

and/or Apache Tomcat

Client side development experience using XHTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks

(AngularJS, Bootstrap), AJAX, and JSON

Experience in caching technologies (memcached, redis etc)

(optional) Experience working on DROOLS or any other rule-engine

Previous start-up experience or contribution to any open source project is

preferred

Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)

Good understanding of OO programming and design patterns

Strong fundamental understanding of web application technology
