Research Methodology
The researcher used both Doctrinal method and Non-Doctrinal method of research.
The researcher went to the library and read certain books, journals legal provisions
from the materials available there. The researcher also went to field for nondoctrinal method. The researcher had taken Interviews, had used Questionnaire
method.
