    Provides a tax break to property owners for Placed on the ballot by the efforts of PG&E,
    making seismic retrofits to their buildings. Northern California's privately owned electric
    utility, this proposition requires a 2/3rds vote
    to create public power districts or allow local
    SUPPORTING: AFSCME, CA Democratic Party, governments to purchase their own renewable
    Calitics VOTE YES power. Protects PG&E's existing monopoly.  VOTE NO
    OPPOSING: CA Nurses Association SUPPORTING: PG&E, California Chamber of Commerce

    Top-two primary Auto insurance surcharge

     
    Changes the way primary elections work, sending Placed on the ballot by the efforts of Mercury
