Analyst

Responsibilities

The engagements would involve modelling time series SCADA data using
predictive models and tools. This would involve entire data analysis stages
including data preparation, feature planning, development, testing and
implementation of the complete batch analytics for time series data.

The candidate should have hands on experience of working on one or

more of statistical techniques like-regression &classification, time series
forecasting, decision trees, random forests models, artificial neural
networks, support vector machine, clustering etc. for large data sets

Responsible for operationalizing the models through ongoing monitoring

and analysis on client equipment data feeds

Developing and presenting operational recommendations to clients

Working with clients through implementation of the recommendations.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Stats/Maths/any other quantitative discipline

Strong inclination towards mathematics and statistics.

0-3 years of algorithm development, testing and implementation

experience.

Excellent knowledge of statistical analysis tool such as R /Matlab/Python

pref R

Desired skill:

Familiarity with at least one NoSQL database: MongoDB, HBase, and

Cassandra.

Familiarity with BI and Data Visualisation software such as Tableau,

Micro strategy, Sisense etc.

Being able to work autonomously and enthusiastic to learn.
