The Dual Enrollment Honors Program

At Kennesaw State University

What is dual enrollment?
Dual enrollment allows students to take college courses in lieu of high school courses. The courses provide
dual credit -- fulfilling high school graduation requirements as well as credits toward a college degree.

What are the benefits?

Start your college coursework and transition to university life while still having the support of family,
friends & familiar surroundings.
You decide how many KSU courses to take -- from one course to completing your entire freshman
year of college while still in high school. Part-time students leave the high school early to go to KSU.
Choose from a variety of KSU courses that will apply toward your college core, including honors
classes. KSU courses transfer to other institutions if KSU is not your ultimate destination.
Generous state funding covers tuition, books and most fees, making DEHP a great way for families
to reduce the cost of a college education. Funding is non-needs-based and doesnt tap your HOPE.
