2. A quick introduction:
Hi! I'm Kai (Tousain) and I'm currently 15 years old. I live in The Hague, South
Holland, The Netherlands. My passion is gaming (although it has gotten a bit out of
hand) , but I enjoy playing field hockey too. I've been playing videogames since I was
only 6 years old, thus I have developed a big affection for it. I enjoy playing Minecraft,
but I also like Skyrim, Fallout, Cod and Battlefield, if you ever want to play together
just send me a message. I'm also in the last year of high school, which is 5HAVO
(Using the k-12 educational system, I would be in 11th grade of high school. It is
going to be a tough year, but I think I'll pass.

2. Server Applying for: (Factions section/Skyblock section/ Prison section or

Creative. )
I'm applying to be a helper on the Skyblock section of PrimeMc. Skyblock is the thing
that got me back into Minecraft after a long break, and I have made a lot of friends on
it. I also think it would be a good thing to have another staff member on the Skyblock
servers, because these are the servers that attract the most people, thus there is
more demand for staff members. And I'm more happy to assist the current (Skyblock)
staff team with helping people out, and giving players advice. I've spent around 230
hours alone on the skyblock section of Primemc, so I know a lot of the tips and tricks.

IGN - My current name is Tousain, It's my last name. I wanted to go with this name,
because I felt it looks pretty cool and It's different than other names. It has grown on
me a lot, and many people know me by this name so I don't think I'm ever going to
change it, ever.

4. Previous IGN (If changed in name changes) :

My first ever minecraft name was XxTheTechxX. Looking back at it now (It was
around 4-5 years ago) I don't really get why I chose the name. Though, i managed to
lose the account so I couldn't play minecraft for 2 or 3 months, because I had to wait
for my birthday to get a new account. Then, after my birthday I finally got my new
account, and I called it OverPownageNL, since I am from The Netherlands, I've been
using OverPownageNL as a name for around 2 years. During the time I played on a
really fun, small rpg server and made a lot of good friends on there. They also
inspired me to get the name Rainbover (My prefix used to be Rainbow in rainbow
letters). I myself wasn't really fond of the name, but they liked it so I decided to stick
with it. But, this didn't last long either. I migrated my account, and lost the username
and password to it, sadly. This is where the break took place, and now im back using
the name Tousain, which is also my last name.

5. Age:
15 years old. I think the 15-16 year age mark is the optimal age to consider being a
staff member. At the age of 15-16 you have already had some essential life
experience, and you are a tad more mature than someone of the age of eg. 12 yo.
(There are exceptions of course). Being a 15-16 year old, you still have time to play

computer games without the constant pressure of work or assignments pressing on

you. That's how it is for me now atleast. I reckon maturity, as well as life experience
are essential to be a good staff member.

6. Current Donor rank: (You must have one to be considered for staff.)
I'm a PrimeGod on Skyblock Thunder, as it is the server I mainly play on. I think
primegod is a very cool rank, since you are able to use /invsee which definetely helps
out in some occasions. When I started playing on the server I bought myself a king
rank because I felt the king rank would certainly satisfy me. Altough, I defintely
missed being able to do /fix. Because I'm a pvper myself, this was essential to me.
Luckily, I got a myth rank note from killing a "naked" in pvp, and used it right away.
Being very happy with my new shiny myth tag, I proceeded to play on the server for
(just) a week until a friend of mine gave me a Prime rank note. I was very happy that I
got it from him as a gift, and used it right away. I now was a prime, but I still felt I was
missing something. So, in the end I bought a PrimeGod rank from another player, for
50m in game currency and thus became a PrimeGod.
7. Timezone:
I live in the Netherlands, meaning my CET Timezone is +1

What time are you most often on?

Monday: 4pm - 6pm Due to school and hockey practice I probably wont be able to be
on a lot on Monday. It is usually a very busy day.
Tuesday: 4pm - 10pm My favourite day of the week. No training or a long school day
so Ill be able to spend a lot of hours on PrimeMc.
Wednesday: 4pm - 10pm The same as Monday Lots of schoolwork, and hockey
practice.
Thursday: 4pm - 10pm Pretty much the same as Tuesday, although I go jogging often
in the evening.
Friday: 4pm - 6pm I usually have work, so I wont be able to spend a lot of hours into
PrimeMC.
Saturday: 7pm - 11pm I have a hockey match this day, and I never know what time it
is going to be until like 2 weeks before the match. So it is kind of tricky, but Ill still be
able to spend around 6 hours a day on the computer.
Sunday: 8am - 11pm This day is basically gaming. I have a lot of free time on Sunday,
so I can spend tonnes of hours.

Times may vary because of vacations, unexpected events, work or school trips etc.

8. Have you ever been banned or temp banned on any server? :

Sadly, yes. I have been temp banned on primemc for "hacking threats". I still think this
was a bit unfair, since I only told the player I would trace his Ip. I really I regret saying
it though, as it got me banned for a month and I had to buy an unban. I always try to
stick to the rules, but I too, cross the line sometimes.

10. What is your previous experience in any type of moderation?: If you have none

I've a helper on a (small) rpg server whose name I will not say, due to the
advertisement rules. There were around 40 people online at any time. But, because
of the server having custom commands, and way of playing the game people always
had tonnes of questions. I almost always managed to answer the questions, and
when I failed to there was always another staff member online to help the player out. I
used to spend lots of hours into this server, but sadly it had to shut down. Not long
after my hard disk broke, I would like to show you what it was like, but since I lost ALL
the screenshots and videos I had made I'm just left with memories now.

11. Where are you most active on the server? :

Definitely on the skyblock section of primemc. That's the place where people know
me, and where all my friends are at. I've already spend around 230 hours on just the
Skyblock section of Primemc, and I hope I'll be able to spend many more hours on it.
Skyblock is also what's got me back into playing Minecraft after my long break.

12. How many hours can you contribute per day on average? :
I'll be able to spend at least 4 hours a day on primemc, depending on homework and
hockey practice this may vary though. I'm in my last year of high school so I'm going
to have to spend more time on studying this year. But in May, when I should be done
with school I'll be able to play as much as 7 hours a day.

13. SCENARIO : "You come home from school and have ton of homework to do, you

think to yourself I'll just take a 5 minute break before I start and get on PrimeMC. The
next thing you know 2 hours have passed and you've been on the server all that
time." Does this scenario sound familiar to you? - How do you respond to this?
It doesn't really happen often, since I'm on a so called "Dalton" school, and they use a
different method of educating scholars. (Basically, you make your homework in so
called "Dalton-Hours" and you get it checked by a teacher, and receive a sticker or
something in that direction to show you' ve done it. This way, you don't have to bother
doing "homework" at home.

14. Server you spend the most time on.

Primemc. It is the only Minecraft server I play on, and the only one I really like. Beside the old
server which I mentioned earlier, I really liked that server too. I used to play on a lot of faction
based servers too and I've got a load of experience and knowledge from playing on them. Eg.
I didn't know how to make tnt cannons (I know... I was nooby back then haha) but after
playing a lot of factions I was able to make the sickest cannons.
15. Do you use the teamspeak and a microphone? (Required as we host staff meetings on
teamspeak) Yes, I am familliar with teamspeak. I used to spend a lot of time talking with people on
teamspeak, until the old server got shut down and I took the long minecraft break. It's been
around 2-3 months since I'm playing again, but so far I've only skyped with people. As for the
Microphone, I'm using a Kingston Hyperx Cloud2 gaming headset. It's a fine headset, with
great audio quality and the mic is decent too. I don't think anyone has ever had trouble
hearing me clearly.

16. Are you able to record? Yes, I used to record all my youtube hacker clips on my (old but decent) laptop, but I've
recently gotten a new pc, so I'll be able to record in higher quality, and better framerates now.
I've gotten a ton of hackers banned already by recording them.

17. Why do you want to be staff on Prime?:
I know Primemc is going through a hard time, because of Minecraft's EULA. And yet, people

are leaving the server because there arent any staff members online sometimes to help
them. I've seen this happen quite a few times already. I always try to help people when they
need help, but sometimes a regular player isn't able to help, resulting in the player not being
sastisfied, and leaving. This is not a thing PrimeMc can afford right now. I wish to support the
staff team to make sure this stops happening, or at least happens less in the future. I also
kept "stumbling" upon other Dutchies, of younger age and who were not able to express
themselves, due to the fact that they couldn't speak English very well. As a Dutchy myself, I
will be able to help these players out and make sure they have a better time on PrimeMc.
Another thing is that I have a lot of experience with kids. Having 3 little brothers (4, 5 and 11
years old) and 1 little sister (4 years old) I know how to deal with tricky situations perfectly
well. Im a pretty well known player too, and I know a lot of people. I know what to expect
from some, because theyve made a lot of trouble before. I think this will definitely help me
out with judging.

18. How many PrimeMC staff applications have you made before? Ive made 2 applications before this one. The first one got denied because of a lack of detail
and some grammatical errors, which I fixed in my last application. But then, in my second
application is messed up by asking a staff member to check the application out.

What is the date of the last application you made? The date of the last application I made was 8th of august, 2016.
(I made the one before the last application on 11th of July.(yes I know I made it before the
date I could haha, stupid me)

19. If you are called a useless helper/bullied by players, how do you react to this? (Be
honest)I would ask the player to stop being disrespectful to me, because it's against the rules. If they
would proceed, I would give them warnings for "Disrespecting a staff member". If they keep
showing disrespect after I warned them 2 times, I would mute or temp ban them. Depending
on the situation and the insults made.
20. Anything else we should know? -

Not really. I may have some background noise when using my mic, because I've got 3 little
brothers and a little sister.
Pro's and Con's Pro's:

-Short tempered (sometimes)
-Not a lot of experience
-Not born in an English speaking country, so I can make grammar mistakes sometimes.
-Has background noise sometimes (not really such a big deal to most people, but I've got 3
little brothers and they can scream when I'm talking on eg. skype..)
-Lots of planned things in my weekly schedule.
-The random time for hockey match on Saturday makes it hard for me to predict how many
hours I will be able to spend on the computer.
