Subject: Vera Rubens galaxy rotation problem the solution.

Hello I am writing to you and other researchers to invite you to join a group that will publish papers that
will in fact solve the galaxy rotation problem. This research is the most important work to date that will
enable us for the first time to better understand gravity and the processes that we are observing.
Its been nearly 40 years since Mrs. Ruben and Kent Ford made their observations of distant spiral galaxies
not moving as we had expected them to move. Since then there have been hypothesis which include the
search for dark energy and matter.
What I will share with you and the rest of the group will convince you other wise in time.
I not sure how disturbing Ruben and Fords discovery was to scientist, but it should have set alarm bells off
around the world. Anyone of a clear mind set could hardly argue the validity of there work.
So then 40 years have past and we have quietly worked on that which we do not understand.
Science is a collection of observations which we then make our best effort to interrupt theory
Theories are then tested over time and often even our best theories fail this test.
Then we improve our theories and move on, it is now one of those times.
Over the last century we have been working with the theories which purposed the speed of light was a
constant but it can now be mathematically proven that it is not.
It turns out the speed of light is a variable ruled by the speed of gravity.
The speed of gravity is a variable that expands at a rate approximately of 1:1.618.
Actually what has been missed was, that all matter generates an energy fields that are extending out ward
from the center. The energy fields expansion rate is governed by Phi, but whats been missed and
misunderstood is that all the timing (motion) and spacing within the system is controlled by the center.
The realization is, that as we make observations in our solar system looking to the center at Mercury and
Venus the speed of light is slower creating the illusion that orbital rates are faster. Thus the same is true of
observations made of the outer planets the illusions is slower orbital periods but in fact they are faster.
It matters not if we are referring to the Sub-atomic particle, a solar system, or an entire galaxy whats
actually being observed is fractal system.
The Fibonacci series and Phi can be used to analyze the gravitational fractal systems with the best
understanding to date of the true mechanics of the universe.
Will be able to use the last 3 centuries of astronomic data to explain the mechanics of the Saros cycle not
just predict them through calculations.
In having a better understanding of that which is above, (the universe) we will be better able to understand
that which is below, the (sub-atomic structure). This will be found true because of the fractal nature of all
matter.

I will begin to describe how this theory can mathematical be proven but first engage your imagination for a
moment. If we could launch a telescope into space in the direction of Polaris (Alpha Ursae Minoris) our
north star and made observations of our solar system and the motion of the planets within it.
Imagine if what we observed was a broken phi looking pattern and that all the members of the solar system
were moving similar to what Ruben and Ford study showed, we be pretty quick to rethink some old theory
wouldnt we.
I will not go into great length at this time, but our suns rotational rate on its axis is 28.09 days assumptions
perhaps. NASAs data suggest a range that alters from 24.47 days at the equator to 35 days at the poles.
If we make that assumption and recognize that the solar systems expands its gravitational field at a rate of
the Fibonacci series. We can then start testing it mathematically.

Its my hope you find this interesting, but remember I said if we made the observation from Polaris we
would observe a broken Phi spiral. Gravitational systems are dynamical balancing systems. I first looked at
this in 2008, as I have and we can learn more about how these systems that self correct, it will become
obvious and evident that the theory I purpose needs to be researched.
I can also calculate the axis tilt of all the planets to 90 percent accuracy, explain how our moon affects the
orbit of Mercury, and explain how Mars influence the super perigee cycle of our moon and much more.
Our solar system is broken the evidence suggest that the missing planet between Mars and Jupiter was once
a fully formed planet and at some time in the past it was destroyed. Our over sized moon needs actual be
considered a planet as it is effecting Mercurys orbit. The missing organized mass between Mars and
Jupiter is affecting Venus axis tilt as well as Mars location and axis tilt.
Titus Bode law was not incorrect it was incomplete, but we now have the corrective lens to revisit it,
correct it, and expand it.
Which brings us to an important point, creditability, the research I am describing will be viewed by the
scientific community as quackery. I have already experienced that often. So I am asking individuals to
consider joining the work group privately, and confidential. If you show interest in an empirical review or
to become a contributor, you can do so privately.

Its my believe that the world we are currently living in is quickly becoming more and more dangerous, that
the stress being put on the biospheres is near critical mass, for no other reasons but greed and ignorance.
We need leadership and that leadership needs to come from our scientific community.
As I alluded to the study of the stars and gravitational systems is part of the key to understand and
manipulating matter. I came to that conclusion in 2008 as I was developing my own model of the subatomic particle.
It was then that I also realized that the work being done by the particle Physicist was being contaminated
by the use of light or any other range of radiation; the reason I looked to the sky was because I had already
convinced myself that the entire system of matter was fractal in nature.
That when we look to the sky were witnessing and observing similar processes that are larger, slower, and
there for more easily analyzed.
Its my belief in conjunction with what I have already deduced that clean energy systems as well as antigravity device will be within are reach.
We all lead busy lifes, are we to busy to help find solutions that may well save the biosphere. I knew that
new science is only one half of the equation, but perhaps new amazing science can help to motivate other
changes needed within our global society.
