Use Hotel's P&L statement to determine average profit margins for rooms (and catering if F&B is applicable).
Input Hotel name and total available inventory.
Input the arrival date for the prospective Group lead being analyzed.
If you have a day by day forecast available at the market category level, input your forecast for your highest yield individual segment
in addition to your total Transient forecast. If you do not have a day by day forecast available for your highest yield individual segment,
simply enter the total day by day Transient forecast for your Hotel.
Input day by day comp room expectation as well as any out of order rooms forecasted for the dates covered.
Enter any current Group definites.
Enter the name of the prospective Group lead being analyzed, and the day by day rooms and ADR flow.
Enter any potential F&B revenue associated with the prospective Group program. If you Hotel uses an outside vendor, enter the
Hotel's portion of the F&B revenue in the resource line.
Review the outcome tab with your Sales team or appropriate Hotel leadership to determine the best course of action for the lead.
