Managing Directors Message

(Marketing)
Mr. Azam Mughal
Observers might question why Boss is publishing an
environment report even though injection molding process is
cleaner and usually generates no effluents. We recognize
that: Co-operation is essential. Environmentalists,
11

businessmen, scientists and the government must work

together to make this world a better place to live in.
Information is critical. The more it is available for analysis
and awareness, the more effective solutions are. So the
environment friendly document is essentially a testimony to
our broad conviction that business and industry must leave
the world a better place than it was before they started. This
broad commitment extends to Boss as well even though our
operations do not adversely affect the environment. We are
making a positive but indirect profound impact. Because
molded products made in the country can be recycled, the
industry has successfully put off deforestation own a long
term basis. Extending this argument, we hope to implicate
our vision demographically across the country to let green
trees help the natures ecosystem. Contrary to the prevailing
view that plastics degrade the environment, the increase
use of molded products is helping to raise our standard of
living for the foreseeable future and the health of the
environment beyond. Boss's value proposition to make this
world a better place revolves around.

material checks according to the given standards. If the raw material quality is good then
the company place the order for purchasing the raw material from the supplier.

There is also a SOP for checking the quality of the products while during packing the
products. The SOPS of this department tells the workers the specifications for packing.
For example there must be 5 chairs in a pair.

Quality checks during labeling:

There is also a SOP in the labeling department. In this department when the product is
labeled by the workers then the quality of the product also checks in this department. If
the product is damaged then at the spot that product transferred to the work in process
department for repair.

Quality checks during loading:

After all the process at the time of the loading and unloading the order the quality also
checked by the SOPS of that department because they dont want to give their customers
the poor quality products. Because during loading, unloading there is a chance or fear of
damage or break of the products. So therefore the SOPS of this departments provide the
safe quality products to the customers.
