Responsibilities

To prepare budget for all the service centers of your area (ASC/DSC Network) and ensure its
adherence on weekly basis.
To ensure effective Service infrastructure availability in ASC and DSC network.
To study happy call reports on daily basis and take corrective actions to improve service perception.
To ensure timely availability of manpower in ASC/DSC and control the attrition levels (from top to
bottom) below 3%.
To study and review MOM of Sales and Service on weekly basis and take actions on pending issues.
To review and monitor MSL (Minimum Stock Level) at ASC/DSC end in coordination with Branch
Store In charges.

To visit every ASC/DSC and potential upcountry locations, Dealers/Distributors once in a month to
resolve current burning issues and old issues in consultation with Branch Service Manager and Zonal
Service Manager.

To compile Dealer satisfaction report and obtain no claim status and submit to local Sales team in
Monday review meeting.
To review and monitor the Target Vs Achievement of ASC/DSC of your area on weekly basis and give
them performance feedback.
To submit technical/new model launch training requirements to Product Trainers and organize training
programs to upgrade/enhance the skill sets of Service Engineers.
To build engineers technical/product related competency levels on monthly basis with the help of
Regional Trainers and conduct technical tests to measure capability built-up status.
To monitor CDRF cases of ASC/DSC and submit report your Branch Service Manager on monthly
basis.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Work Profile -1
Worked as a Service Engineer in M/s Unitek Power Systems, Cochin from September 3 rd. of
2003 to October 8th 2004.The company is in the field of manufacturing UPS Industry. My job
profile was to service and installation of UPS at Customer site across the Kerala.
Major installations are State Bank of Travancore and Federal Bank across North Kerala.
Work Profile -2
Worked as a Service Engineer in M/s Igatech Industrial Electronics, Cochin at their Calicut branch
from November 1st 2004 to March10th 2006.The Company is in the field of manufacturing UPS
Industry. My job was reporting to Head Office on the service related works done at the branch and
also supporting the sales team at Branch.
Major installation is Civil Supplies Corporation across Kerala.
