-Government policy declaration to the parliament in 2014; Section 4 : Education and
Learning, Religious, Art and Cultural Preservation: (4.1) Education and learning reform
foucsing on formal and alternative education to promote Thai people to have quality and

capacities in self development able to earn a living under the key word: Learning Person, as
well as reducing educational inequality and developing workforce suitable to their living areas
