I. Introduction
Being a nursing assistant or nurse aid, you offer compassion and patience to
patients while assisting them with day-to-day life tasks such as dressing, bathing
and feeding. It is a must that as an assistant, you support doctors and nurses in
diagnostic procedures and technical treatments. Certified nursing assistants or
nurse aides (CNAs) also typically assist in patient charting and instruction,
documenting any care that is given and report significant observations to the
nursing staff.
Nursing assistants enjoy solid job security and frequently work a flexible
schedule. Typical work environments include long-term care
facilities, hospitals, clinics and in the home. While in school, you will be instructed
on a broad range of subjects, including infection controll, communication and interpersonal skills, safety and emergency procedures,
personal care skills, psychosocial needs, basic restorative services and skills,
basic nursing skills, quality improvement and more.
Being a nursing aid you must be responsible enough in taking good care
of patients. It is also very important that presence of mind is always emphasized
when handling patients.
The purpose of this study is to help other people even though there no
such doctors. And I love this job because I want to help people who needs help.

III. Body
To give an appropriate medicine to a patient
For many years, common medical practice meant that physicians made
decisions for their patients. This paternalistic view has gradually been supplanted
by one promoting patient autonomy, whereby patients and doctors share the
decision making responsibility. Consequently doctor-patient relationships are very
different now than they were just a few decades ago. However conflicts still
abound as the medical community and those it saves struggle to define their
respective role. Consent particularly informed consent, is the cornerstone of
patients rights. Consent is based on the inviolability of ones person. It means that
doctors do not have right to touch or treat a patient without that patients approval
because the patient is the one who must live with the consequences and deal
with the discomfort caused by treatment. A doctors can be held liable for
committing a battery if the doctor touches the patient first obtaining the patients
consent.
a. Time and the Patient-Physician Relationship
Being a physician always has been a busy job. This is especially true for
primary care physicians who set as their goal the delivery and coordination of
comprehensive care for patients. Achieving such a goal requires availability, a
broad spectrum of medical knowledge, effective we of medical knowledge,
effective use of the local health care system.

b. Following the doctors instruction


We take medications to diagnose treat. Drugs are potentially dangerous,
even if they are meant to improve our health. It is important that you take any and
all medications correctly, always following your doctors instructions. Always take
all of your medication, and at the amounts and times the instruction says.
c. Visiting the patient to consult their health
A nurses visit, also known as physician office visit, is a meeting between a
patient with a physician to get health alive or treatment. According to a survey in
the United States, a physician typically sees between fifty and one hundred
patients per week, but it may vary with medical specialty, but only little by
community size such as metropolitan.

IV. Importance of Handling Patients


The nurses-patient relationship is central to the practice patience is a
heavenly virtue. It leads to happiness. It is said that patience and wisdom walk
hand in hand. In order to succeed in every walk of life, one needs have a great
deal of enduring patience, factors which important role in achievements; patience
is one of them contributed greatly. So, the importance of patience is not to be
ignored, but need of patience to live a satisfying life regards employment, there
are situation which your patience is much deal with them effectively and tolerant
canaltain desired results and professional development. Patience is empathy
towards others is very important if you want to live a hassle free life.

V. Conclusion
The certified nursing assistant position provides quality nursing care to
residents, implements specific procedures and programs, coordinates work within
the departments report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor
responds to support department operation. Provides quality nursing care to
residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice
and individuality. Provides individualized attention, which encourages each
residents or attain the highest practical physical, mental and psychosocial. Is it
Knowledgeable of the individualized care plan for residents and provides support
to the residents according to their care plan. Contributes to the care planning
process by providing the charge nurse or other care planning staff with specific
information and observations of the residents needs and preferences. Attends to
the individuals needs of residents, which may include assistance with grooming,
bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, colostomy care,
prosthetic appliances, transferring ambulation, range motion, communicating or
other needs in keeping with the individuals care requirements. Maintains the
comport, privacy and dignity of residents in the delivery of services to them.
Interacts with residents in a manner that displays warmth and promotes a caring
environment.
