CHAPTER II
Demand Analysis
Research Design
The survey was conducted by providing structured questionnaires
to a number of identified respondents from the Municipality of
San Rafael. Respondents are brief by discussing on what the
research is all about. The researcher used cluster method of
sampling wherein the researchers conducted a face-to-face
interview, since it is difficult and expensive to survey
households across the Municipality of San Rafael. Instead,
researchers randomly select geographic areas (for example,
specific barangay/s), then randomly select households within
these areas. This creates a cluster sample, in which respondents
are clustered together geographically.
Research Locale
The researchers floated the survey questionnaires from the 7
barangays in the Municipality of San Rafael, Bulacan ( Pantubig,
Lico, Poblacion, Libis, Talacsan, Maronquillo, Pulo)
Respondents
Due to a large number of possible respondents, the researchers
got at least 200 respondents from the identified research locale.
