that answer the need of SMEs for 6 to 100 users. The ODC offer is a full IP offer with

communication service to their end customers with a price per user and per month, by adding traffic
and/or services.

It has never been so simple, just select the user profiles your customer need and

Six users profiles are available :
The IP Desktop user
User equipped with an Alcatel-Lucent 4068, 4038,
4028, 4018 or 4008
The phone can be coupled with any PIMphony

The IP Desktop user is a sedentary employee with advanced communication needs from
low to intensive use.
The IP Softphone user
User equipped with an Alcatel-Lucent IP Softphone
Complete telephony environment on PC
Audio media on PC
PIMphony Basic is included in the profile

The IP Softphone user is a sedentary employee with a multimedia PC and provides a

powerful telephony tool.

The On-site Mobile user

DECT or WiFi mobile user with Wireless telephony
The phone can be coupled with any PIMphony

The On-site mobile user is an employee who is most of his/her time on the move

All User profiles have the capability to evolve with additional software options to
increase users Productivity and Teamwork.

Applications & services available for all users

The Alcatel-Lucent Office On Demand Communication offer provides value-added
services. The main Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Office services and applications are
provided by default for each Office ODC offer from 10 users minimum (starting
OmniPCX Office platform 2), neither additional software licenses nor additional
hardware are required.

Concerning the power supply, all of those platforms are 110V/220V plug in and allow
average 10 minutes battery back up (except the Platform 1). Extended autonomy capacity can
be proposed upon request.
